The ground floor Meeting Room seats up to 12 people in a boardroom style and provides a 55” screen, standard AV equipment, speakers, blackout curtains, and full connectivity. The rooftop on the 7th floor offers panoramic views of Lycabettus, the Acropolis, and the cityscape, with lounge chairs, small tables, and lush plants, perfect for up to 100 guests for a cocktail event. The Modernist Café welcomes up to 34 guests in a warm, stylish setting with dark woods, soft lighting, and brass accents, ideal for seated dinners, cocktails, or small meetings. All spaces ensure a professional yet inviting experience for corporate and social events alike.

Athens Flair designed around 1880-1889 by the Danish architect Theophil Edvard Freiherr von Hansen, the man who designed the so-called “Athenian Trilogy”, the National Library of Greece, the Academy of Greece and the National University of Greece has been, throughout its history, a pole of attraction for the artistic world of the past. Most importantly a huge personality of the Greek arts, Ellie Lambeti, who moved there during the German occupation in the 1940s and became her private residence of the famous Greek actress.

The Greek Ministry of Culture has designated this neoclassical masterpiece as a work of art, thanks to its architectural value and its prominent location at the corner of Delphon and Didotou streets in Kolonaki. It represents a typical example of neoclassical architecture, and the Ministry has protected it as a landmark.
