This splendid villa includes a private swimming pool and features generously proportioned, elegantly furnished living spaces, ideal for hosting private and corporate gatherings. Featuring seven (7) beautifully decorated bedrooms, your guests can be confident of experiencing the highest level of comfort and tranquillity.

Space

Ground Floor On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room equipped with a grand piano, an electric fireplace that adds a touch of warmth and elegance, and a cable smart TV for your entertainment. The adjacent dining area offers comfortable seating for up to 8 people, making it perfect for hosting intimate gatherings and corporate meals. The well-appointed kitchen on this level is a chef’s dream, providing all the space and amenities you need for culinary endeavours. Additionally, there’s a convenient guest WC for added comfort and practicality during your stay. First Floor On the first floor, you’ll find a luxurious en-suite master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a warming fireplace. Another en-suite bedroom boasts a generous queen-sized bed. Additionally, there are two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a balcony. A well-equipped study with a desk and a 65-inch smart TV completes this level. Second Floor The second floor features a cozy living room with a fireplace and a private balcony that offers scenic views of the pool. There’s also a dining area for your convenience. Two charmingly decorated bedrooms with double beds share a bathroom and access to a common balcony. The floor also includes a well-equipped kitchen for your culinary needs. Sunny Basement The sunny basement includes a compact living area, a bedroom with a bunk bed (double on top, single on the bottom), a bathroom, a kitchenette, and even a treadmill and table football for your entertainment. Additionally, there’s a billiards room, a private bathroom for the sauna, and a wine cellar to cater to your leisure and relaxation needs. Guests enjoy unrestricted access to all areas of the villa, with the exception of the loft. The venues has a maximum capacity of 50 guests.
