Located on Kastoros Street, in the heart of Piraeus’ industrial district, The Castor House is a unique event space housed in a 1900s building, surrounded by warehouses, workshops, galleries, and restaurants.
This venues boasts a rich and dynamic history. Over the years, it has served as a warehouse, workshop, nightclub, and has even hosted international film productions. Today, it’s available for a wide range of events, including parties, corporate functions, art exhibitions, dinners, and whatever else you can imagine.
The Castor House occupies a striking three-story building with exceptionally high ceilings, conveniently situated near the port and the train station (suburban and metro). The space features stone walls, industrial design elements, and two distinctive movable wooden bars, blending historic charm with modern versatility.
The ground floor is an expansive open area with impressive stone walls and a ceiling height of up to 12 meters, offering endless possibilities for event setup. It includes two wooden bars, two restrooms (one fully accessible), and a cloakroom. The first floor is an open balcony overlooking the ground floor, providing a spacious, adaptable area suitable for various event types such as parties, exhibitions, seminars, or workshops. On the second floor, you’ll find four additional restrooms and extra utility space, including a restroom for staff.
The Castor House can comfortably host between 2 and 450 guests, depending on the layout, and is fully air-conditioned to ensure the comfort of your attendees. Ample street parking is available in the evenings, along with a secure parking lot just 50 meters away. As the area is non-residential, there are no noise restrictions for late-night events.
