Velli Estate

<h3>The Velli Estate venuess</h3>
<strong>Ktima Velli</strong> is a private countryside estate offering three wonderful <strong>event spaces</strong> to choose from and share special moments with your beloved ones. Nestled within a carefully designed setting, sculpted over time, and dressed in wood and stone, the estate is in pure harmony with the natural environment.

<strong>Poolside Velli</strong> is genuinely a revelation for summer events. The space spreads among centuries-old olive trees, surrounded by high walls adorned with flowers and climbing plants. Rows of cypress trees serve as natural windbreaks, ensuring the protection and privacy of your reception. The capacity of the space is 400 seated and 1,000 people for cocktails.

<strong>Prive Velli</strong> is an alternative space that blends modern design with monastic touches. Its unique character and smaller capacity (up to 200 people in a seated arrangement) make it ideal for special moments in a smaller circle of people. The bar on the left side of the estate and the rock garden with the fountains give a youthful touch to the space, while the combination of stone and wood add a tone of luxury and refinement.

And if winter is your thing, then the Scandinavian-style <strong>Chalet Vell</strong> is the place for you. The stately, stone-built fireplace that dominates the space, standing directly opposite the bridal table, is surrounded by large glass surfaces so that each guest can enjoy the lush green surroundings. The event venues boasts a capacity of 300 seated guests and 600 guests in cocktail arrangement.

The Velli Estate provides end-to-end services working closely with selected partners to ensure your event is how you imagined it.

Teambuilding Cocktail Workshops are divided into four categories: Cocktail Seminars, D.I.Y. Workshops, Tasting &amp; Pairing and Teambuilding Activities.

You will certainly experience a different workshop at DrinkWorks as we will have a themed Cocktail Workshop of your choice to include classic, signature or non-alcoholic cocktails and smoothies and combinations of alcoholic drinks and food for a complete tasting experience but also a lot of fun!

We create Team Building Workshops based on the art of making cocktails and develop the most suitable conditions for different groups to come closer and work together on the work we have assigned them!

Phaidra Estate

Phaidra Estate is available for all social events, such as weddings, christenings, conferences, corporate events, product launch events, fashion shows, and children’s parties.

The image of the countryside, the natural environment, characteristics of the Attic landscape, the easy access from the Southern and Northern suburbs, and the friendly service make the Phaedra Estate an ideal place for any occasion.

<strong>Decoration</strong>

Decoration with large lanterns and tulle around the pool and cocktail bar. Additional decoration of the space and tables.

<strong>Catering</strong>

We work with selected Catering that has experienced staff.

<strong>Music</strong>

An experienced DJ provides permanent audio coverage of the event. There is also the possibility of a live orchestra with your own choice of program and an orchestra platform.

<strong>Photographer</strong>

Create visual effects, sparklers, smoke, and a video wall projection of your moments.

<strong>Additional amenities</strong>

Amidst a pawned and paved area of Phaedra Estate, there is a small <strong>chapel</strong> and an impressive central swimming <strong>pool</strong>, where 1000 seated people can be entertained. There are six (6) WCs with cleaning staff available. The main advantage of the place is the supply of an electric generator in case of a power cut.

The estate is open all year round, from January to December. In addition, we want to inform you that there are no restrictions regarding the opening hours of the estate.

The open outdoor space is nestled among beautiful lush gardens, while a small alley leads you to the chapel of your dreams! Valasia estate venues was thoroughly designed to meet your needs. The name Valasia, meaning ruby, fully complies with the philosophy of our venues, a venues of joy, happiness, and a harmonious connection of generations. Located in Rodokia, near the ancient namesake well, maintains a constant relationship between the old and timeless and the new.

Skilled architects, under the supervision of Nicholas Kaloupaklis, have designed our venues, maintaining specific characteristics that illustrate its traditional character.
Valasia estate is fully equipped with utility and storage facilities for the needs of catering services, a swimming pool, and a bar, as well as spacious parking for the vehicles of your guests.

Valasia estate offers a venues of 1,240 sq.m. Our mission is to satisfy all your needs and assist you in organizing an exceptional wedding or baptism.

Lying amidst lush olive trees within an area of 5 acres at the historic Rodokia area with the namesake well that exists until today, our estate offers various amenities: a swimming pool, a chapel, lighting, paved surfaces, a bar, utility rooms, access ramps for guests with disabilities, indoor storage facilities, etc.

At Valasia estate, we ensure that the most critical moments of your life stand out for their elegant and refined style.
We understand how important it is to choose the right church for the wedding ceremony or your children’s baptism. This is why we provide the beautiful Byzantine church of St. John for the rituals.

The simplicity of the Aegean style with the predominant austere lines and the timeless white colour in harmonious coexistence with the lush countryside uniquely embellishes our venues most elegantly.
Decorated according to your preference, the church of St. John is the ideal place that will host the mystery of your wedding or baptism in a unique way. In the background, the beautiful location is surrounded by the imposing mountainous landscape, where Hymettus and Penteli Mountains dominate. Moreover, the Byzantine church of Prophet Elias is located nearby.

<h3>-Ismos Gallery</h3>
In a quaint and sophisticated building of “Old Athens”, located in a popular place of interest with high visibility, on the corner of bustling street Triptolemou with the most “quiet” street Eupatridon, is the new Art-Gallery, -ismos.

A cluster of two high-ceilinged spaces (space Alpha &amp; Beta), connected with an inner courtyard, constitute the premises of -ismos.   Each room is available for rent both independently and as a whole.

The concept behind the design of -ismos’ premises was to support the best way to host various artistic and non-artistic events.  Both spaces (50 m² each) are independently fully designed and feature permanent equipment.

Space Alpha, the more modern and independent one, is technologically equipped to provide all necessary digital presentation systems.  Space Beta – characterized as a more ‘traditional’ and social area, consists of three white, empty rooms with professional lighting that can cover any basic need of an art exhibition.

The inner courtyard (70 m²), connecting the two spaces, is the perfect outdoor environment for a pleasant “break” for small discussions, smoking, etc., that can also be available for rent according to each event’s needs.  Its design with plants, tables and chairs, special constructions and books, with a background of soft music, creates an elegant environment of modern aesthetics in a harmonious “rapprochement” of the old internal Athenian courtyard!

More specifically -ismos can host events as follows:

theme parties – up to 100 persons with the use of the courtyard

-ismos as a whole (spaces Alpha + Beta and the inner courtyard) can host events of up to 200 people, while the above list is indicative and not restrictive, as there could be special agreements upon which the use of the courtyard is available, the spaces could be reformed appropriately etc

At -ismos’ premises is permanently stored available equipment to meet the immediate basic needs of hosted events.  From desks to Swedish design furniture, flip charts, special levels for different surfaces, and additional technical equipment to further support presentations. -ismos can offer tailor-made solutions for every occasion.

Villa Karolina Organic Vineyard is located on the top of a hill between Markopoulo and Porto Rafti, 5km from Athens Airport. Surrounded by vineyards and olive trees in an estate of 22.000Msq. It is ideal for hosting wedding ceremonies and any other social event.

From our private parking, with a capacity of over 200 cars, a path through pines and olive trees leads to an idyllic square. Where a church made of stones and a small amphitheatre lie under centuries-old pines. A water spring completes this lovely place. In addition, a carved fountain, an old wooden carriage and many old rural items create a unique outdoor museum.

Some meters over there, in the front of the villa, the grassy yard can host more than 400 sited people for your reception, around the 25-meter length pool.

Services

A professional sound system ensures the best quality with sufficient volume. A covered place decorated by artistic paintings may be used as a lounge or host the reception in case of rain. The estate’s modern villa with two rooms is available for the couple. They can rest after the party or prepare for the ceremony. Additionally, there are five independent double rooms on the same property, boasting a smaller pool (10 meters long). Each featuring an en-suite bathroom available to host friends and relatives.

As for the younger guests, the protected playground close to the reception area will keep them occupied throughout the event. The exquisite menu is exclusively crafted by the catering company Zacharakis.
