Two additional outdoor showers, a refrigerator, and high-quality audio equipment ensure a seamless open-air experience, while uninterrupted WiFi and Spotify access allow the music and fun to flow freely.</p>

At<strong>30 meters in length and 7 meters in width</strong>, it offers both space and stability at sea. With a fuel capacity of 3000 liters and freshwater capacity of 4000 liters, this vessel is fully equipped for long, leisurely journeys.</p>

<p>Indoors, the boat features two comfortable lounges spanning a total of <strong>55 sqm, equipped with two 52” LCD TV screens, a high-quality sound system, free WiFi, and access to Spotify for unlimited music entertainment.</strong> Guests can also enjoy the convenience of two bathrooms and two showers inside, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable experience for everyone on board.</p>

<p>The outdoor area is equally impressive, boasting two spacious sun decks totaling 90 sqm—ideal for sunbathing, socializing, or dancing under the open sky. Ploes venues is the only spacious floating multi-event space in Greece. It guarantees the success of your event since you will have the opportunity to enjoy a unique and intimate experience. It is located on the coastal front of Faliro, next to Plateia Nerou and the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center. With impressive design and innovative construction techniques, it merges sea and land, offering a unique destination for all types of events. Above all, this luxurious function vessel boasts a huge capacity of 1.000 passengers, standing for cocktail style. Also, 500 for formal seated dining. The capacity in the main sitting room and lounge deck is 250 people up to 400 in the summer months. Thus due to the possibility of expanding the space on the outside terrace. The capacity on the upper deck is 200 people.

The HUB Events combines an intriguing mix of cultural programs, events, and activities, featured with exhibitions, meetings, dining, and reading facilities, creatively arranged within the large and open industrial spaces.

You can plan any event. From a small book reading to a big fashion show, in the available spaces, ranging from 80 to 1500 sqm. All facilities are state of the art. Services are available to match any need. “Palco” is the name this large industrial 5000 sqm building has been known for in the last decades. Named after the company that, until the 1980th, was the more prominent Greek producer of underwear and T-shirts.

Through the economic changes in the 1980th and manufacturing migrating out of Greece, the building became one of the prominent remains of the area’s industrial past. Now, the building and the area are embarking on a new direction to become one of Athens’s upcoming contemporary cultural centers with museums, galleries, and modern living, creating a rich cultural mix of urban life.

The venue is located in the center of Athens. It can host any type of event. Large corporate events such as conferences, presentations and exhibitions of products and services, as well as corporate meetings. The events, of course, include standing cocktails and general catering services.
