The 420-sq.m. space preserves the raw beauty of its industrial architecture. With exposed stone, concrete, and steel, while offering modern amenities. Conveniently located near public transport with parking nearby, this is a one-of-a-kind urban destination for unforgettable events.

The ground floor welcomes you into the main hall, an awe-inspiring space with soaring ceilings and a retractable skylight. Elements that invite the sun or the stars to set the mood. The soft light filters through mature trees planted within the space, enhancing the rawness of its minimal, industrial aesthetic. The central area, complete with a stylish bar and fully equipped kitchen, provides ample room for any type of gathering. While an open mezzanine

Adding to its versatility, Solid Piree includes a two-storey gallery space that can be seamlessly closed off for exhibitions, private meetings breakout sessions or even be used as dressing rooms for performances. NOBL House: Redefining Corporate Events with Elegance

NOBL HOUSE is a modern and multifunctional event venue located in the northern suburbs. It is characterized by high aesthetics and refined hospitality. Designed with attention to detail, it is ideal for a wide range of corporate events such as meetings, conferences, workshops, training seminars, presentations and corporate parties.

The venue is equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment. That, among other, includes 11 televisions for displaying corporate material and live streaming capabilities. Thus, the place covers all projection and presentation needs. In addition, NOBL HOUSE offers comprehensive F&B services through its in-house bar, while collaborating with top caterers and pastry shops to cater to every need. NOBL HOUSE is located at 28 Amarousiou Avenue in Neo Irakleio. It is close to the main roads and offers easy access from both Attiki and Ethniki Odos. Its excellent layout and modern design have been the subject of recognition at the Interior Awards 2024, where it was the winner of the Gold Award.

Solid Loft is not just another corporate event venues. We’ve lovingly crafted this space to have a unique, homely atmosphere to share with you. The main elements we have used, are hand-made ceramic bricks from old demolitions which with marble, wood, cement, leather, steel, and copper. Recalibrated in a place of unique aesthetic statement.

The Building

Falirikon Art & Events is a new, modern, alternative multi-space located in the historical area of Akti Dilaveri in Mikrolimano, Piraeus. The history of Piraeus’ once flourishing industrial age at the beginning of the 20th century is hidden deep in its foundations. The building’s industrial character emerges from its stone walls. The raw materials that exhibit the purity of its past used in abundance. Solid stones blend with contemporary metal elements exuding refined post-modern industrial aesthetics.

In the two-ground-floor event space, vintage flirts with current trends, creating a unique minimal aesthetic of perfect functionality and modern technology.

<h3>The Spaces</h3>
<strong>Irida Estate</strong> lies among three mountains on a hill in Markopoulos, Attica. The inspiration for the estate’s name is attributed to the moon, which slowly emerges from the area’s mountains, creating a natural phenomenon that exudes a unique romance.

The endless lawn, tall trees and beautiful flowers of the estate combine harmoniously with the stone-built chapel and the imposing swimming pool. The estate hall is on the same level as the outside area, configured with opening and closing windows around the perimeter for dream receptions with an unobstructed view.

The <strong>outdoor</strong> area with the swimming <strong>pool</strong> has a capacity of 600 seated and 1000 standing persons, while the interior <strong>hall</strong>, with a view of the garden, boasts a total of 350 seated persons.

Among the estate’s main advantages are the <strong>two rooms</strong>, one for the newlyweds to prepare or rest during the event and a breastfeeding room with changing table to facilitate mothers.
