The renovated Lagonissi Waterfalls Estate, well known for twenty years as the Delago Estate, is located at Lagonisi Attika, on a small hill 500 meters from the sea.
It is a high-quality standard. The beautiful green garden by the pool and the special lighting create a romantic and warm atmosphere, offering fantastic scenery for unforgettable social and business events all year round.

The Estate is configured on three spacious levels, separated by stone walls decorated with geraniums and roses.

It has a modern glass and steel housed area for 500 persons (seats), which is in harmony with the beautiful garden.

The small church is located in the olive garden of the Estate.

Lagonissi Waterfalls Estate cooperates with selected catering and professional D.J., decorators, photographers, and parking attendants.

The design of the revamped MoMix takes cognizance of the evolving landscape marked by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The interior boasts ample ventilation, with a fresh breeze flowing through the opening glass facade and a 20 sqm retractable roof.

To ensure hygiene, all bar surfaces facing patrons are crafted from plexiglass. Outdoor spaces beckon on both the ground floor (90 sqm) and the rooftop terrace (120 sqm).

The mandated social distances are meticulously adhered to in the outdoor area, serving as a blended space.

The venue is called “Ktima Tritsibidas”, an ideal choice for couples looking for a fabulous, warm and hospitable place to get married. Within a short distance of Ancient Olympia, the venue is easily accessible via the highways Pyrgos-Olympia and Pyrgos- Kyparissia.

Tritsimpidas Estate functionality offers the choice between two levels depending on the event’s requirements. The magnificent pool area and the stone structure, placed at the highest level of the property, are ideal for a welcome drink or even for small receptions.

The spectacular scenery of the olive grove, which unfolds in front of the stone house of Tritsimpidas, is the main reception area which can host up to 1500 guests for cocktail receptions and 1200 guests for dinner receptions.
