Triaena Business Center presents three new seminar and event venues. A conference room for eight people and autonomous office spaces for rent at the company’s Business Center in downtown Athens.

Whatever the occasion – a meeting of executives or associates, a presentation of new services and products, educational actions or interviews – 60 years of experience in the market and the organization of more than 2,500 conferences guarantee the perfect fulfilment of your every desire.

Nestled within a carefully designed setting, sculpted over time, and crafted from wood and stone, the estate is in perfect harmony with its natural surroundings.

<strong>Poolside Velli</strong> is genuinely a revelation for summer events. The space spreads among centuries-old olive trees, surrounded by high walls adorned with flowers and climbing plants. Rows of cypress trees serve as natural windbreaks, ensuring the protection and privacy of your reception. The space has a capacity of 400 seated and 1,000 people for cocktails.

<strong>Prive Velli</strong> is an alternative space that blends modern design with monastic touches. Its unique character and smaller capacity (up to 200 people in a seated arrangement) make it ideal for special moments in a smaller circle of people. The stylish bar on the left side of the estate and the charming rock garden with its fountains bring a fresh, youthful energy to the space. Meanwhile, the elegant blend of stone and wood adds a refined sense of luxury and timeless sophistication

And if winter is your thing, then the Scandinavian-style <strong>Chalet Vell</strong> is the place for you. Floor-to-ceiling glass panels frame the stately, stone-built fireplace that takes center stage across from the bridal table, offering every guest an unobstructed view of the lush green surroundings. The event venue boasts a capacity of 300 seated guests and 600 guests in cocktail arrangement.

Phaidra Estate

Decoration with large lanterns and tulle around the pool and cocktail bar. Additional decoration of the space and tables.

We work with selected Catering that has experienced staff.

An experienced DJ provides permanent audio coverage of the event. There is also the possibility of a live orchestra with your own choice of program and an orchestra platform.

<strong>Photographer</strong>

Create visual effects, sparklers, smoke, and a video wall projection of your moments.

<strong>Additional amenities</strong>

Amidst a pawned and paved area of Phaedra Estate, there is a small <strong>chapel</strong> and an impressive central swimming <strong>pool</strong>, where 1000 seated people can be entertained. There are six (6) WCs with cleaning staff available. The main advantage of the place is the supply of an electric generator in case of a power cut.

The estate is open all year round, from January to December. In addition, we want to inform you that there are no restrictions regarding the opening hours of the estate.

Artemis Estate

The Luxurious Space of Artemis Estate

Artemis Estate is a place of high architecture and decoration in Koropi, Mesogaia, on the slopes of Ymittos. The olive grove view surrounding the site will stimulate your senses.

Its high-architecture <strong>church</strong> and the 75sqm <strong>bridal suite</strong> are some outstanding amenities.

The Estate has a beautiful banquet hall with a capacity of 500 people. The warmth of the stone wall, the floor of exceptional brilliance, the shining chandeliers whose crystals create unique reflections, and the large windows on the right and left allow you to enjoy the surrounding exterior fairytale space of the Estate, exude an air of another era placed in today.

The <strong>luxurious</strong> <strong>indoor space</strong> boasts a capacity of up to 300 people and is available to host your event during the winter months. It also offers an option without additional charges in case of sudden weather changes during the summer.
Great importance has also been given to the auxiliary areas since it has a parking lot with 300 spaces.
The rotunda tables, placed symmetrically, give the dining room a cosy feel, embracing the large marble dance floor.
The sound installation of the space ensures an impeccable result.

Artemis Estate hall has air conditioning and an excellent ventilation system, two elements that contribute to the pleasant atmosphere in the room. Meanwhile, the children’s playground in the protected environment of the building’s exterior space is fully observable, ensuring a relaxing time for you to enjoy!

The paved banquet hall in the centre of the estate was carefully designed to fuse glass and stone. It has a central air conditioning and ventilation system for all-weather wedding receptions or christenings. At the same time, the brilliantly illuminated pool inside gives it the feeling of the endless blue of the sea. So the conditions are always ideal for holding your event, regardless of the weather.
