Originally a restaurant, the space was stripped back to its structural core, revealing concrete, steel and natural light. It was then reimagined around a carefully curated collection of art and vintage design. Three Distinctive Levels for Corporate & Private Events

Apart Club House spans 300 sq.m. across three distinctive levels. Each level has its own character and can operate independently or as part of a larger event experience. The venue hosts executive meetings, product launches, workshops, private celebrations and exclusive gatherings.

The Club House occupies the ground floor. A dramatic six-metre triple-glazed soundproof façade opens onto a shaded porch and fills the space with natural light. Multiple lounge areas encourage conversation and relaxation. A central fireplace adds warmth and character. The open kitchen supports seamless hospitality. An extensive collection of original artworks completes the atmosphere of a refined private club.

Above, the 50 sq.m. Salon Privé overlooks the main hall while preserving complete privacy. It offers an intimate setting for meetings, private dining experiences and VIP hosting. On the lower level, The Workshop provides a fully soundproof environment with exposed concrete walls and three-metre ceilings. The bold industrial aesthetic makes it ideal for screenings, creative workshops and high-energy events. The history of Piraeus’ once flourishing industrial age at the beginning of the 20th century is hidden deep in its foundations. The building’s industrial character emerges from its stone walls. The raw materials that exhibit the purity of its past used in abundance. Solid stones blend with contemporary metal elements exuding refined post-modern industrial aesthetics.
