The Estate has a beautiful banquet hall with a capacity of 500 people. The Iliou Petra Estate is located at the highest point of the Markopoulos area (Merenda location). An impressive olive grove with a complete view of Mesogeia surrounds it. It has three independent spaces (“Ilios,” “Petra,” and “Pyrgos”) that can accommodate up to 500 people and can be configured to fully meet the aesthetic and practical requirements of the most special day of your life.

The space has been carefully developed with complete respect for the natural landscape. At the same time, its diversity allows us to cater to different preferences and requirements. Wood and stone, playing with the hidden artistic lighting, develop a unique decoration to dress up your wedding.

“<strong>Pyrgos</strong>” is a place of unique aesthetics. Lying in the shadow of the stone tower, it fascinates both for the unique environment and meticulous attention to detail. Pyrgos can accommodate up to 500 people.

Behind the Mansion, “<strong>Helios</strong>” is a balcony in Mesogeia with a panoramic view, captivating both with its enchanting sunset and the twinkling lights in the distance of the horizon. Helios can host up to 250 people.

“<strong>Petra</strong>” has a more minimal aesthetic that combines the classic with the modern, leaving nature to impress with its unique beauty. Villa Karolina Organic Vineyard is located on the top of a hill between Markopoulo and Porto Rafti, 5km from Athens Airport. Surrounded by vineyards and olive trees in an estate of 22.000Msq. It is ideal for hosting wedding ceremonies and any other social event.

From our private parking, with a capacity of over 200 cars, a path through pines and olive trees leads to an idyllic square. Where a church made of stones and a small amphitheatre lie under centuries-old pines. A water spring completes this lovely place. Some meters over there, in the front of the villa, the grassy yard can host more than 400 sited people for your reception, around the 25-meter length pool.

The estate’s modern villa with two rooms is available for the couple. They can rest after the party or prepare for the ceremony. Amalias 36

<h3>Events at Amalias 36 Building</h3>
The Amalias 36 building is one of the most beautiful and historically significant structures in Athens, traditionally known as the “Lykiardopoulos Mansion.” It is located on Vasilissis Amalias Avenues 36, across from Zappeion Park and very close to the Columns of Olympian Zeus, just a stone’s throw away from the historic center of Athens and Syntagma Square.

Three floors, namely the Ground Floor, First Floor, and Second Floor, have been meticulously renovated, preserving the building’s unique character, and are available for hosting social and professional events. These spaces offer the ambience and warmth of the old aristocratic Athenian residence. They are grand, high-ceilinged, comfortable, adorned with refined décor, complemented by furniture from the building’s former occupants, and adorned with vintage authentic posters from an extensive collection.

These halls provide the option and flexibility to be configured according to the requirements and needs of each specific event. There are no permanent fixtures that restrict the layout of the space or your imagination.

The first floor is adorned with antique lighting fixtures, built-in wooden cabinets, intricate interior doors with handcrafted decorative glass, exhibition lighting, artwork hanging systems, and additional auxiliary space.
