On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room equipped with a <strong>grand piano</strong>, an <strong>electric fireplace</strong> that adds a touch of warmth and elegance, and a <strong>cable smart TV</strong> for your entertainment. The adjacent dining area offers comfortable <strong>seating for up to 8 people</strong>, making it perfect for hosting intimate gatherings and corporate meals. The <strong>well-appointed kitchen</strong> on this level is a chef’s dream, providing all the space and amenities you need for culinary endeavours. Additionally, there’s a convenient guest WC for added comfort and practicality during your stay.
