The Building

Falirikon Art & Events is a new, modern, alternative multi-space located in the historical area of Akti Dilaveri in Mikrolimano, Piraeus. The history of Piraeus’ once flourishing industrial age at the beginning of the 20th century is hidden deep in its foundations. The building’s industrial character emerges from its stone walls. The raw materials that exhibit the purity of its past used in abundance. Solid stones blend with contemporary metal elements exuding refined post-modern industrial aesthetics.

In the two-ground-floor event space, vintage flirts with current trends, creating a unique minimal aesthetic of perfect functionality and modern technology.

Villa Amelia is located on a serene 5-acre land in Lagonisi, Attica, Greece. The Villa is surrounded by olive and pine trees and is just a 4-minute walk from Lagonisi Beach, offering an unobstructed view of the Saronikos Gulf and Aegina Island.

This charming house occupies a total area of 160 sq. m and comprises three bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. Every bedroom boasts a distinctive style and a private balcony that offers breathtaking sea views. Myrinous Estate

The Space of Myrinous Estate

Myrinous Estate spreads across four main levels on a 17-acre site at the foot of Mount Merenda in Markopoulo, Attica. It is near the Olympic Equestrian Center. The estate is named after the ancient municipality and inspired by the myrtle plant (“myrtos”). It offers unobstructed views of the Mediterranean plain. The first level features a lush green area of one hectare. A majestic century-old olive tree anchors the area. Tall pine trees surround this space. Myrinous Estate can accommodate up to 400 guests. The area easily transforms into a colorful playground, making it perfect for children’s parties.

Covering half an acre, this level hosts seated receptions for up to 400 people. It includes a paved green area ideal for welcoming guests, setting up a guest book, cocktail bar, or any creative installation.

Covered Area – Myrinous Estate

The Myrinous Estate’s architecturally stunning roofed space features beautifully lit stone surfaces and an impressive canopy. It accommodates up to 400 guests and provides easy access for people with reduced mobility. Elevated slightly above the surrounding landscape, this space offers panoramic views of the estate while protecting guests from weather conditions without losing the connection to nature.

The Church
The charming stone-built church of Agia Paraskevi stands within the Myrinous Estate. Its paved forecourt resembles a village square and provides panoramic views of the Mediterranean plain, adding a picturesque and serene atmosphere.

Rodon Estate

Rodon Estate, also known as Triantafyllidis Estate, is a renovated space ideally designed for corporate events and wedding and baptism receptions.

The outdoor space is specially configured to host outdoor events with a capacity of up to 480 people in a seated arrangement and up to 800 people in a cocktail arrangement. Guests can enjoy the simplicity and indulge in pines, olives, citrus trees and colourful flower beds.

The interior reaches a high-quality standard featuring a good ventilation system and professional sound equipment. The hall can accommodate up to 280 people in a seated arrangement and up to 500 people in a cocktail arrangement. A particular area for the buffet allows you to decorate it as you wish, depending on the theme of your choice.

The small chapel of Agios Stylianos on the estate is a romantic proposal to exchange vows of love. It is also ideal to combine your wedding reception with the baby’s baptism within its green surroundings.

Ktima Rodon undertakes social or corporate events, wedding receptions, christenings, children’s parties, anniversaries, cocktail receptions, adult gatherings and dances, charity gatherings, product launches, photo shoots, demonstrations, television or advertising productions and any other events you wish to do.

Atisbar translates to “a hidden glance” and “I gaze” in Spanish. It’s the perfect spot for dining and drinks with friends or colleagues from noon until late at night. Every Thursday and Friday, guest DJs spin hip-hop classics, soul, and afro-house tunes.

The menu, meticulously crafted by Chef Giorgos Giannoulis and his team, maintains a perfect balance of 50% food and 50% beverages, focusing on premium ingredients and seasonal offerings. Spyros Kontos curated the cocktail list, offering innovative twists on classic cocktails. With extensive expertise, Spyros has also curated the wine list, showcasing Greek and international vineyards.

Atisbar can accommodate various events, from intimate private gatherings to upscale corporate events and receptions. The venues can host up to 150 guests in a seated arrangement and up to 450 guests in a cocktail arrangement.
