<strong>Additional amenities</strong>

Amidst a pawned and paved area of Phaedra Estate, there is a small <strong>chapel</strong> and an impressive central swimming <strong>pool</strong>, where 1000 seated people can be entertained. There are six (6) WCs with cleaning staff available. The main advantage of the place is the supply of an electric generator in case of a power cut.

The estate is open all year round, from January to December. In addition, we want to inform you that there are no restrictions regarding the opening hours of the estate.

The basic coverage of the space includes two 55-inch High Definition screens, one 65-inch High Definition screen and two modern projectors. All screens and projectors can work independently or collectively. In addition, we can offer solutions for additional visual coverage, such as an ULTRA HD projector, bright wireless screens and more.

The basic lighting coverage includes ceiling-led lights in all areas grouped and connected to dimmers, floodlights and garden lights, and decorative spotlights also connected to dimmers. In addition, we can offer additional lighting, unique light fixtures, disco balls and wireless colour-changing lights for your event needs.

The Estate has a beautiful banquet hall with a capacity of 500 people. The Iliou Petra Estate is located at the highest point of the Markopoulos area (Merenda location). An impressive olive grove with a complete view of Mesogeia surrounds it. It has three independent spaces (“Ilios,” “Petra,” and “Pyrgos”) that can accommodate up to 500 people and can be configured to fully meet the aesthetic and practical requirements of the most special day of your life.

The space has been carefully developed with complete respect for the natural landscape. At the same time, its diversity allows us to cater to different preferences and requirements. Wood and stone, playing with the hidden artistic lighting, develop a unique decoration to dress up your wedding.

“<strong>Pyrgos</strong>” is a place of unique aesthetics. Lying in the shadow of the stone tower, it fascinates both for the unique environment and meticulous attention to detail. Pyrgos can accommodate up to 500 people.
