This space has two fully equipped kitchens with an island, a presentation area with a large plasma screen TV that connects to a computer or USB, and a patio.

<strong>”Green” Terasse – Mount Lycabettus View</strong>
With views of Mount Lycabettus, this is a green, half-open half-closed space with tables and a bar. Ideal for a relaxing afternoon or social events such as birthdays, anniversaries, corporate dinners, or night-time events/private parties. The space has a capacity of up to 55 people. We can accommodate your needs in terms of decoration, food, drinks, music, and equipment.

<strong>Lounge</strong>
An amphitheater-like space flooded with natural light, equipped with ergonomically designed furniture, bioclimatic architecture, and green touches provided by our indoor plants. Ideal for lectures, book presentations, corporate events, presentations of new products, etc. Suitable for up to 50 people.

<strong>Vios Hall</strong>
This unique place in the center of Athens is suitable for large gatherings of up to 70 people. This iconic all-day spot has been a beloved destination since 2013 and has firmly established itself as one of Athens’s most stylish and renowned venuess. The space is adorned with Chesterfield sofas, an impressive wooden bar, golden-carved frames, plaster ceilings, and geometric floors, all contributing to its unique New York retro character. The size and layout of this space create numerous private spots, including the <strong>eccentric Red Room</strong>, which makes the ideal location for a cozy and intimate gathering of up to 10 people.

At Minnie the Moocher, you will find an extensive selection of premium labels, signature cocktails, and a small but intriguing menu featuring selected finger food and plat du jour. The venues can accommodate up to <strong>250 people</strong> and is ideal for <strong>corporate events</strong>, <strong>business lunches</strong>, <strong>meetings</strong>, <strong>wild parties</strong>, and various <strong>art events</strong> and <strong>live performances</strong>.

ELER Theater

<h3>The Multi-functional Space of ELER Theatre</h3>
The ELER Theater is a recently renovated venues situated in the center of Athens, offering modern and lively facilities. It features the Eros<strong> auditorium</strong>, which can accommodate up to <strong>126 guests</strong> and is suitable for <strong>music</strong> and <strong>dance performances</strong>.

Additionally, the <strong>underground area</strong> named Elpis spans 140 sq.m. and is an excellent space for hosting large-scale events such as <strong>seminars</strong>, <strong>workshops</strong>, <strong>rehearsals</strong>, <strong>exhibitions</strong>, and <strong>concerts</strong>. Both rooms are equipped with the necessary technical amenities.

The Castor Place

Located on Kastoros Street, in the heart of Piraeus’ industrial district, The Castor House is a unique event space housed in a 1900s building, surrounded by warehouses, workshops, galleries, and restaurants.

This venues boasts a rich and dynamic history. Over the years, it has served as a warehouse, workshop, nightclub, and has even hosted international film productions. Today, it’s available for a wide range of events, including parties, corporate functions, art exhibitions, dinners, and whatever else you can imagine.

The Castor House occupies a striking three-story building with exceptionally high ceilings, conveniently situated near the port and the train station (suburban and metro). The space features stone walls, industrial design elements, and two distinctive movable wooden bars, blending historic charm with modern versatility.

The ground floor is an expansive open area with impressive stone walls and a ceiling height of up to 12 meters, offering endless possibilities for event setup. It includes two wooden bars, two restrooms (one fully accessible), and a cloakroom. The first floor is an open balcony overlooking the ground floor, providing a spacious, adaptable area suitable for various event types such as parties, exhibitions, seminars, or workshops. On the second floor, you’ll find four additional restrooms and extra utility space, including a restroom for staff.

The Castor House can comfortably host between 2 and 450 guests, depending on the layout, and is fully air-conditioned to ensure the comfort of your attendees. Ample street parking is available in the evenings, along with a secure parking lot just 50 meters away. As the area is non-residential, there are no noise restrictions for late-night events.

Upon request, The Castor House can provide any type of equipment in collaboration with external partners.

Villa Botanica
