Casa 28 wedding estate is a stunning <strong>two-level venues</strong> with sleek and elegant designs. The first level boasts the picturesque <strong>Agia Skepi chapel</strong>, perfect for hosting your wedding or christening ceremony at your convenience. Additionally, there is a dedicated area for guests to enjoy a welcome drink before heading to the reception area.

The second level of the estate provides ample space for outdoor receptions and indoor banquets, making it perfect for <strong>hosting events all year round</strong>. It’s worth noting that the area is accessible to everyone, including those with disabilities. Moreover, the estate’s stunning gardens accommodate up to <strong>500 people</strong>, while the interior comfortably seats <strong>400 guests</strong>.

The reception tables have been thoughtfully arranged around the wooden <strong>dance floor</strong>, which extends towards the <strong>fountain</strong> in the outdoor area. Villa Aetheria

Villa Aetheria is an independent maisonette with a total area of ​​100 m2, consisting of two levels and can accommodate up to 5 people. Internally, its style is ideally in harmony with the environment, with dominant elements in wood and stone. The elegance and quality of traditional handmade furniture are evident in every corner of the hinterland. The villa features<strong> a large garden with a swimming pool</strong> <strong>for corporate retreats, yoga retreats, anniversaries, weddings and parties, offering a unique space for every event.</strong>

Regina 28

<h3>The Regina 28 Event Hall</h3>
Regina 28 is a warm, atmospheric hall featuring all the qualities for hosting a successful event. The space is ideal for <strong>small-scale gatherings</strong> such as celebrations, <strong>engagement parties</strong>, corporate events, <strong>micro weddings</strong> and baptism receptions. Regina can accommodate up to 100 people for a seated dinner and 250 people in a cocktail arrangement.

The facilities include a fully equipped <strong>bar</strong> serving delectable welcome drinks and anything the guests desire throughout the event. In addition, the venues boasts efficient <strong>ventilation</strong> and <strong>air conditioning systems</strong>, state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, and a professional <strong>DJ booth</strong> to play your choice of music.

As for our little guests, the hall’s private <strong>garden</strong> is a free and safe playground that will keep them occupied. Finally, the <strong>chapel</strong> of Agios Dimitrios stands at a convenient distance, only a few steps away, available to perform any ceremony.

Altera Pars

Lying in Kerameikos, right in the heart of Athens city, the Altera Pars is a unique industrial space of impressive architecture. In 2002, the artistic group Altera Pars took an old car paint shop and transformed it into a spacious, modern and fully functional theatre of singular beauty. The facilities include a multilevel, versatile stage, a warm, stylish and fully equipped bar overlooking the stage, large storage areas, and comfortable dressing rooms able to accommodate large groups. But most importantly, the venues features a separate entrance with a ramp, making it accessible to people with disabilities and mobility issues.

In addition to the art group’s productions, the Altera Pars space can host <strong>theatre</strong> and <strong>dance performances</strong>, <strong>live gigs,</strong> and various events such as <strong>lectures</strong>, <strong>book launches</strong>, <strong>parties</strong>, <strong>corporate events</strong>, <strong>exhibitions</strong> and<strong> multi-thematic festivals</strong>.

Narkissos Hall
