The Eugenides Foundation is a Greek private educational foundation. It was established in 1956 in Athens, Greece implementing the will of the late Greek benefactor Eugenios Eugenides, who died in April 1954.

The foundation’s activity, by its articles of association, is to contribute to the scientific and technological education of young people in Greece.

Every year, Greek and international scientific and professional conferences and events of high standards are hosted in the well-equipped premises of the Eugenides Foundation, attracting essential personalities of the Greek and international intellectual, cultural and scientific community.

Aello S/Y

<h3>Aello S/Y</h3>
The <strong>luxury charter </strong>sailing yacht <strong>Aello </strong>was designed in <strong>1919</strong> and launched in Hamburg in 1921 by <strong>Max Oertz</strong>, probably <strong>the most famous German shipbuilder </strong>of his time.

Oertz built the famous imperial schooners Germany and Meteor IV for German Kaiser Wilhelm II. Meteor IV competed against King George’s V legendary Britannia and was used as a political tool by the Kaiser. Indeed the Kaiser played an important part in creating prestigious yacht clubs and launching international regattas.

<strong>Aello was created as Meteor’s IV sister vessel</strong> and is the <b>world’s only remaining schooner of Max Oertz design</b>. Aello took part in <strong>many classic regattas,</strong> including Monaco, Cannes, Porto Cervo, St. Tropez and won the Antigua Classic Regatta. 2004: Winner of Antigua Classic Regatta 2002: Winner of Antigua Classic Regatta 1997: Transatlantic Race sponsored by the NY Yacht Club and the Royal Yacht Squadron.

Pyrgos Petreza was genuinely built to house events. As such, it provides all the amenities and infrastructure to serve events of different types, styles and sizes effectively. Offering all its visitors an unexpectedly pleasant mood derived from its special atmosphere and unique aesthetics.

The Tower is mainly distinguished by its unique architecture and the landscape’s natural beauty; however, its modern infrastructure is also making it an attractive destination for events of all kinds.

Vorres Museum

<h3>The Vorres Museum</h3>
The <strong>Vorres Museum</strong> is the vision of Ian Vorres. The museum, dedicated to contemporary Greek and folk art, is, by a 1983 presidential decree, a non for profit foundation and a private law legal entity. It aims to promote and disseminate Greek civilization through the creation of infrastructures and permanent collections, the presentation of exhibitions, the implementation of educational programs, the design of publications, and the organization of events, happenings, speeches, etc.

The Vorres Museum is located in Paiania, covering about 3 acres. It is housed in a complex of 4,500 square meters, surrounded by extensive courtyards and gardens. It is supervised by a ten-member Board of Trustees, which decides on the operation, strategic planning, management and allocation of its funds and is responsible for fulfilling the Foundation’s aims.

Technopolis

The industrial museum of Technopolis has been configured in a parallel versatile cultural venues, becoming another cultural attraction pole of modern <strong>Athens</strong>.

The old Gas factory, also known as <strong>Gazi</strong>, occupies a total area of about 30 acres and is conveniently situated next to <strong>Keramikos </strong>and close to the Acropolis. The gradual transformation into a centre hosting various events gives visitors a chance to wander into an area full of images, knowledge and feelings.
