The modern and impressive floating space of 1,500 sq.m is a prestigious luxury floating venues featuring 360° views of the Attica Riviera. Above all, this luxurious function vessel boasts a huge capacity of 1.000 passengers, standing for cocktail style. Also, 500 for formal seated dining. The capacity in the main sitting room and lounge deck is 250 people up to 400 in the summer months. Thus due to the possibility of expanding the space on the outside terrace. The capacity on the upper deck is 200 people.

<strong>Twin Circle</strong> is a small oasis in the centre of Athens. An old neoclassical residence has been transformed into a modern boutique hotel that combines simplicity and functionality. Its scenic <strong>internal courtyard</strong> can be configured according to the event’s needs to accommodate comfortably small private events of 10-30 people. <h3>The Multipurpose Space of Faust</h3>
<strong>Faust Bar-Theatre-Arts</strong> is a <strong>live music</strong> &amp; <strong>theatre venues</strong> located at the “heart” of the historical centre of Athens, next to Kapnikarea and Agia Irini Square, in a three-storey listed building at 11 Kalamiotou Street. It is one of the most popular places in Athens, where visitors can enjoy their drinks while listening to live music.

On the ground floor of Faust lies the main bar with a <strong>music stage</strong>, while the other two floors host <strong>theatre performances</strong>. At the same time, <strong>corporate events</strong> can be held in the venues.

The building has two entrances, one from Athinaidos Street 12 (Karagiorgis Servias extension), which leads directly to the BAR/music stage area and one from the pedestrian street of Kalamiotou 11 (main entrance), through a long narrow corridor and reception leads to the central cashier, stairwell and elevator. From this point, the visitor can either re-enter the main BAR through the second internal entrance or head towards the rest of the building’s floors (Foyer/Lounge and Theatre). Faust building (with the auxiliary spaces in the basement) occupies a surface area of ​​650 sq.m.
