The Clubhouse “Oinodiadromes”

Nestled amidst the vineyards, the Clubhouse provides breathtaking vistas of Mt. Parnitha. Its sophisticated ambiance boasts two spacious monastery tables, perfect for hosting workshops, meals, wine tastings, and presentations. The inviting living room and fireplace contribute to its tranquil vibe. Additionally, the outdoor terrace offers panoramic views that extend from Mt. Penteli to Euboea and leads to the estate’s exclusive chapel, dedicated to Agios Georgios “Methystis.”  

The Tasting Room

The Tasting Room is a private area in the Clubhouse that offers stunning views of the vineyards and Mt. Parnitha. This space is ideal for intimate gatherings like boardroom meetings, tastings, and cozy meals.  

The Garden

Located amidst vineyards and surrounded by tall trees, the Garden is a beautifully maintained area that offers breathtaking views of Attica, particularly during sunset. Covering approximately 4,000 m2, it mainly comprises lush lawns. The entrance is through a cocktail area that leads to the swimming pool and the illuminated pergola that houses the dance floor. It is a perfect location for sophisticated events like concerts, outdoor dining, picnics, parties, and luncheons.  

The Great Marquee

The Great Marquee is a flexible venues spanning 600m2 with wooden flooring. It boasts scenic views of the Garden, swimming pool, and dance floor. This multi-purpose area can host a variety of events ranging from lectures, presentations, workshops, and concerts to dinners and parties of all sizes.  

The Wine Cellar

For those who appreciate fine wine, our underground cellar offers an authentic atmosphere perfect for intimate dinners or wine tastings. Guests can savor a unique and unforgettable wine experience amidst the peaceful ambiance of French oak barrels and aged bottles. In addition, the cellar is home to the latest vintages of Kokotos wines, ensuring that wine enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike can indulge in the finest selection of wines.
