Oia Mansion in Oia Santorini is a landmark, a point of reference for the island.

Recently renovated to state of the art, Oia Mansion in Oia Santorini retains its authentic Sea-Captain house glorious ambiance: ornamented facade, spacious living room, vaulted ceilings, epoch chandeliers, hand-finished oak floors with irregular size strips, rare antique furniture, Venetian mirrors, etc.

The recent renovation incorporates the island’s finest traditional architectural elements in an authentic yet contemporary manner. Hand-finished “built-in” beds, sofas, and tables in organic shapes, sculptured forms, and fluid lines. Plastered walls recreate the caldera’s texture in colors ranging from bright white to earthly, elegant pastel hues.

Fine screeds on the floors, paints and lime washes on the interior and exterior walls, natural materials based on hydraulic mineral binders, mineral aggregates, and colored earth. All elements participate in a charming game of cosines, comfort, discreet luxury, and quiet sophistication!

Oia Mansion in Oia Santorini is a large, island-style luxury house, around four hundred square meters. Oia Mansion comprises five levels: ground floor, first floor, terrace, Jacuzzi level, and basement. Wireless internet access is available everywhere. Fully air-conditioned and centrally heated, it is one of the very few luxury residences inhabitable all year round.

The terrace has unobstructed sunset views and the Caldera and Aegean islands. The Jacuzzi and the sunbed are located at the highest level of the Mansion. The “Aegean Balcony” on the first floor looks at the sunset and Aegean islands.

All dishes are freshly cooked “a la minute”, whereas, at the same time, open-flame grilling and live cooking can be provided. We also offer pastry services so we can design and create your <strong>wedding cake</strong> or any sweet of guaranteed quality in desired flavours. As a finishing touch, you can choose the dining style that suits you best: a plated menu, buffet meal or a mini buffet set on each table.

Of course, among our priorities is to welcome and entertain our little friends! Phyllidos Gi qualified partners and the most sought-after clowns will keep them laughing in a specially designed space throughout the event. We love to organize <strong>children’s parties! </strong>

However, at Fyllidos Gi Estate, we believe there are many reasons to party, such as <strong>birthdays</strong>, <strong>anniversaries</strong>, or <strong>graduation</strong>. You pick the occasion; we take care of the rest! <strong>Halloween</strong> and <strong>Carnival</strong> seasons also make for an excellent opportunity for partying. <strong>Ktima Velli</strong> is a private countryside estate offering three wonderful <strong>event spaces</strong> to choose from and share special moments with your beloved ones. Nestled within a carefully designed setting, sculpted over time, and dressed in wood and stone, the estate is in pure harmony with the natural environment.

<strong>Poolside Velli</strong> is genuinely a revelation for summer events. The space spreads among centuries-old olive trees, surrounded by high walls adorned with flowers and climbing plants. Rows of cypress trees serve as natural windbreaks, ensuring the protection and privacy of your reception. The capacity of the space is 400 seated and 1,000 people for cocktails.

<strong>Prive Velli</strong> is an alternative space that blends modern design with monastic touches. Its unique character and smaller capacity (up to 200 people in a seated arrangement) make it ideal for special moments in a smaller circle of people. The bar on the left side of the estate and the rock garden with the fountains give a youthful touch to the space, while the combination of stone and wood add a tone of luxury and refinement.

And if winter is your thing, then the Scandinavian-style <strong>Chalet Vell</strong> is the place for you. The stately, stone-built fireplace that dominates the space, standing directly opposite the bridal table, is surrounded by large glass surfaces so that each guest can enjoy the lush green surroundings. The event venues boasts a capacity of 300 seated guests and 600 guests in cocktail arrangement.

We create Team Building Workshops based on the art of making cocktails and develop the most suitable conditions for different groups to come closer and work together on the work we have assigned them!

All screens and projectors can work independently or collectively. In addition, we can offer solutions for additional visual coverage, such as an ULTRA HD projector, bright wireless screens and more.

The basic lighting coverage includes ceiling-led lights in all areas grouped and connected to dimmers, floodlights and garden lights, and decorative spotlights also connected to dimmers. In addition, we can offer additional lighting, unique light fixtures, disco balls and wireless colour-changing lights for your event needs.

Valasia estate venues was thoroughly designed to meet your needs. The name Valasia, meaning ruby, fully complies with the philosophy of our venues, a venues of joy, happiness, and a harmonious connection of generations. Located in Rodokia, near the ancient namesake well, maintains a constant relationship between the old and timeless and the new.
