Ploes venues is the only spacious floating multi-event space in Greece. It guarantees the success of your event since you will have the opportunity to enjoy a unique and intimate experience.

It is located in an excellent location next to Flisvos Marina. In one of the most beautiful areas of the Southern Suburbs of Athens. Its central location is one of its significant advantages, as access is very easy and fast using the city’s means of transport.

The venues stands out for its high aesthetics. Refined functionality, and unique ecological character. Environmentally friendly materials were used for its construction. While special attention was paid to ensuring the accessibility of people with special abilities to the central event space.

The modern and impressive floating space of 1,500 sq.m is a prestigious luxury floating venues featuring 360° views of the Attica Riviera. You will be impressed with its three (3) extravagant entertaining levels. Extending to Foyer, lounge deck – central area, outside terrace, VIP deck and balcony.

Above all, this luxurious function vessel boasts a huge capacity of 1.000 passengers, standing for cocktail style. Also, 500 for formal seated dining. The capacity in the main sitting room and lounge deck is 250 people up to 400 in the summer months. Thus due to the possibility of expanding the space on the outside terrace. The capacity on the upper deck is 200 people.

<strong>Twin Circle</strong> is a small oasis in the centre of Athens. An old neoclassical residence has been transformed into a modern boutique hotel that combines simplicity and functionality. The <strong>interior</strong> has an average capacity of 2 to 4 people per room, perfectly prepared to accommodate a total of 18 guests.

Its scenic <strong>internal courtyard</strong> can be configured according to the event’s needs to accommodate comfortably small private events of 10-30 people. The convenient location near the city centre makes the hotel perfect for <strong>business events</strong>, <strong>private parties</strong>, <strong>bachelor or bachelorette partie</strong>s, and <strong>small</strong> <strong>art events</strong>, such as book launches and <strong>exhibitions</strong>. Moreover, it is in a perfect location with easy and quick access to Attiki Odos (exit 7) and the Athens – Lamia National Road (Kifissos).
The space is divided and ideal for hosting small or large events such as parties for children and adults, social events, corporate gatherings, corporate or private meetings, presentations, awards, workshops, seminars, and scientific days. Nestled at the foot of Mount Parnitha, the estate is surrounded by the green colours of the mountains, the abundance of flowers, and the aromatic herbs blending harmoniously, creating a fantastic setting for all types of events.

The space can accommodate up to 550 people featuring a protected area with a capacity of 300 people in the event of sudden weather changes.

In the estate’s space, we have created a <strong>luxurious hall</strong> with an opening roof and glass walls next to the <strong>pool</strong> designed to protect guests from rain and can be opened or closed depending on the weather. The well-air-conditioned hall is also available for <strong>winter events</strong>.

The picturesque <strong>chapel</strong> of Agios Spyridon, located within the estate, operates under the authorization of the Holy Metropolis of Ilion, Acharnon and Petroupoli.

All of Maze Games Kifissia’s escape rooms are designed for children, with difficulty levels adjusted to the players’ age. Specialized personnel constantly monitor the children through cameras and tablets or walkie-talkies, and a supervisor accompanies them in the room if needed.
