The Iliou Petra Estate is located at the highest point of the Markopoulos area (Merenda location). An impressive olive grove with a complete view of Mesogeia surrounds it. It has three independent spaces (“Ilios,” “Petra,” and “Pyrgos”) that can accommodate up to 500 people and can be configured to fully meet the aesthetic and practical requirements of the most special day of your life.

The team shaped the space thoughtfully, honoring the natural landscape at every step.. At the same time, its diversity allows us to cater to different preferences and requirements. Wood and stone, playing with the hidden artistic lighting, develop a unique decoration to dress up your wedding.

“Pyrgos” is a place of unique aesthetics. Lying in the shadow of the stone tower, it fascinates both for the unique environment and meticulous attention to detail. Pyrgos can accommodate up to 500 people.

Behind the Mansion, “Helios” is a balcony in Mesogeia with a panoramic view, captivating both with its enchanting sunset and the twinkling lights in the distance of the horizon. Helios can host up to 250 people.

”Petra” has a more minimal aesthetic that combines the classic with the modern, leaving nature to impress with its unique beauty. The large bar and wooden seats blend harmoniously with the natural wood of the fence and the trees, and the waterfall with running water adds a wet element to the landscape. Under the trees, quiet corners invite guests to experience unique moments enhanced by candlelight and carefully crafted artistic lighting. It can accommodate up to 350 people on the three levels of this space.

The Margi

The Margi Hotel

The Margi Hotel is located just a few steps from the most beautiful beach in Athens. It has a marina for yachts and offers the possibility of a series of beach activities and water sports. Villa Karolina Organic Vineyard is located on the top of a hill between Markopoulo and Porto Rafti, 5km from Athens Airport. Surrounded by vineyards and olive trees in an estate of 22.000Msq. It is ideal for hosting wedding ceremonies and any other social event.

From our private parking, with a capacity of over 200 cars, a path through pines and olive trees leads to an idyllic square. Where a church made of stones and a small amphitheatre lie under centuries-old pines. A water spring completes this lovely place. In addition, a carved fountain, an old wooden carriage and many old rural items create a unique outdoor museum.

Some meters over there, in the front of the villa, the grassy yard can host more than 400 sited people for your reception, around the 25-meter length pool.

Services

A professional sound system ensures the best quality with sufficient volume. A covered place decorated by artistic paintings may be used as a lounge or host the reception in case of rain. The estate’s modern villa with two rooms is available for the couple. They can rest after the party or prepare for the ceremony. Additionally, there are five independent double rooms on the same property, boasting a smaller pool (10 meters long). Each featuring an en-suite bathroom available to host friends and relatives.

As for the younger guests, the protected playground close to the reception area will keep them occupied throughout the event. The exquisite menu is exclusively crafted by the catering company Zacharakis.
