On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room equipped with a <strong>grand piano</strong>, an <strong>electric fireplace</strong> that adds a touch of warmth and elegance, and a <strong>cable smart TV</strong> for your entertainment. The adjacent dining area offers comfortable <strong>seating for up to 8 people</strong>, making it perfect for hosting intimate gatherings and corporate meals. The <strong>well-appointed kitchen</strong> on this level is a chef’s dream, providing all the space and amenities you need for culinary endeavours. Additionally, there’s a convenient guest WC for added comfort and practicality during your stay.

<strong>First Floor</strong>

On the first floor, you’ll find a luxurious <strong>en-suite master bedroom with a king-sized bed,</strong> a <strong>walk-in closet,</strong> and a warming <strong>fireplace</strong>. Another <strong>en-suite bedroom boasts a generous queen-sized bed.</strong> Additionally, there are <strong>two double bedrooms</strong> with a shared bathroom and a balcony. A <strong>well-equipped study with a desk</strong> and a 65-inch smart TV completes this level.

<strong>Second Floor</strong>

The second floor features a cozy living room with a <strong>fireplace</strong> and a private balcony that offers scenic <strong>views of the pool</strong>. There’s also a <strong>dining area</strong> for your convenience. Two charmingly decorated <strong>bedrooms with double beds</strong> share a bathroom and access to a common balcony. The floor also includes a <strong>well-equipped kitchen</strong> for your culinary needs.

<strong>Sunny Basement</strong>

The sunny basement includes a compact living area, a bedroom with a <strong>bunk bed</strong> (double on top, single on the bottom), a <strong>bathroom</strong>, a <strong>kitchenette</strong>, and even a <strong>treadmill</strong> and <strong>table football</strong> for your entertainment. Additionally, there’s a <strong>billiards room</strong>, a private bathroom for the <strong>sauna</strong>, and a wine cellar to cater to your leisure and relaxation needs.

Guests enjoy unrestricted access to all areas of the villa, with the exception of the loft.
