Local on North is a venue located in the northern suburbs of Athens, specifically in Kifisia. You will find it in a very quiet area, easily accessible by all means of transport. It is on the first floor of a beautiful building that has hosted well-known entertainment venues on the building’s ground floor. Its careful design hosts all the important moments of the people who visit it.

It is a place that can be adapted to the needs of the event it will host. It offers great comfort for private parties, as it is spacious, with beautiful sofas around the perimeter, and infrastructure for a bar and kitchen. It is also ideal for children’s parties.

Additionally, it can comfortably host any type of corporate event, from small meetings where basic audiovisual equipment can be provided, to large corporate events such as corporate parties, presentations, small conferences, and more.

Human

Human was “built” on the idea of humane. It is a venue that embraces you as it reminds you of home and creates a sense of comfort and warmth. It is hidden in the smallest and quietest alley of “busy” Psirri.</p>

For most of our visitors, it is a discovery and experience, as the space starts from Ogygou street with a seating spot in the outdoor area. Then, it walks you inside with an endless living room and a large bar. And finally, it is completed with the magical backyard! In between, you will discover various “little treasures” such as handmade jewelry, vintage clothes, etc.</p>

Human hosts every type of event. With style and a special aesthetics, it will offer everything you need for creating unforgettable events. Corporate events, from parties to seminars and small conferences, as well as corporate dinners. Also, every type of social event. Birthdays, small weddings, baptisms. And of course parties!</p>

Human has a capacity of up to 70 people. In a seated setup it can accommodate up to 50 people.

The capacity of the offered spaces varies for the events with a seated setup from 20 to 160 people. While for the events that have a standing set-up, it reaches 250 people.

Robin’s Venue

Robin’s Venue – A Unique Event Space in Nature

“Robin’s Venue” took its name from the bird called Robin, which flies from plantain to plantain in a creek which runs next to the eastern side of the building. Thanks to the cooperation with the talented Architect Thanasis Chochlidakis, this project became a reality based on our belief in the integration of the building with its surroundings.

Like a “magic carpet” among hills and valleys, surrounded by plantain trees, the building captures the eye of the visitor. In 2004, the 4th Biennale of Young Architects recognized its special design by nominating it.

You can divide the internal space of the building, which consists of two main floors, into individual and smaller areas depending on the event of choice. The outer space consists of two big verandas and a large open space for outdoor happenings. Spacious private parking is also provided.

Aimed for art events, food and wine tasting, cooking seminars, dinner gatherings, farmers market of local or international products, social events, photo shoots and more.

Roi Polichoros

Roi Polichoros offers 260 sq.m. of bright and functional space, spread across two levels. You can rent the venue by the hour or for a full day. It’s the perfect place for seminars, lectures, presentations, workshops, and creative or professional sessions.

The rooms range from 10 to 100 sq.m. They adapt easily to different setups and needs. You can host anywhere from 3 to 75 guests, always in comfort. The calm atmosphere and thoughtful design support focus and creativity.

Functionality and adaptability define Roi. Movable partitions allow you to transform the space quickly. You can create one large area or up to four separate rooms. Each space offers soundproofing and privacy when needed.

The Hellenic Riding Club that started operating in 1931, is the oldest riding club in Greece. It aims to cultivate the art of equestrianism and love for horses. Island Blue

Island Blue, a postcard perfect location… In the old residential part of the village, this house is one of the most photographed (shown in many postcards, posters and books) original Santorini architecture. At the heart of Oia, with the absolute panoramic view to Caldera, blue sea and the volcano.

Two smaller verandahs (one on the roof with sun beds) with an incredible view of the two most famous blue-domed churches ( Anastasis & Saint Spiridon).

Very stylish, this old house has been fully renovated without harming the original shape, which makes it so unique.

It has an extra room with an indoor Jacuzzi, living room, bathroom, kitchen and laundry.

Sleeps 2-4 people.
