<strong>Poolside Velli</strong> is genuinely a revelation for summer events. The space spreads among centuries-old olive trees, surrounded by high walls adorned with flowers and climbing plants. Rows of cypress trees serve as natural windbreaks, ensuring the protection and privacy of your reception. The space has a capacity of 400 seated and 1,000 people for cocktails.

<strong>Prive Velli</strong> is an alternative space that blends modern design with monastic touches. Its unique character and smaller capacity (up to 200 people in a seated arrangement) make it ideal for special moments in a smaller circle of people. The stylish bar on the left side of the estate and the charming rock garden with its fountains bring a fresh, youthful energy to the space. Meanwhile, the elegant blend of stone and wood adds a refined sense of luxury and timeless sophistication

And if winter is your thing, then the Scandinavian-style <strong>Chalet Vell</strong> is the place for you. Floor-to-ceiling glass panels frame the stately, stone-built fireplace that takes center stage across from the bridal table, offering every guest an unobstructed view of the lush green surroundings. The event venue boasts a capacity of 300 seated guests and 600 guests in cocktail arrangement.

Amidst a pawned and paved area of Phaedra Estate, there is a small <strong>chapel</strong> and an impressive central swimming <strong>pool</strong>, where 1000 seated people can be entertained. There are six (6) WCs with cleaning staff available. The main advantage of the place is the supply of an electric generator in case of a power cut.

The estate is open all year round, from January to December. In addition, we want to inform you that there are no restrictions regarding the opening hours of the estate.

From our private parking, with a capacity of over 200 cars, a path through pines and olive trees leads to an idyllic square. In addition, a carved fountain, an old wooden carriage and many old rural items create a unique outdoor museum.

Some meters over there, in the front of the villa, the grassy yard can host more than 400 sited people for your reception, around the 25-meter length pool.

Services

A professional sound system ensures the best quality with sufficient volume. A covered place decorated by artistic paintings may be used as a lounge or host the reception in case of rain. The estate’s modern villa with two rooms is available for the couple. They can rest after the party or prepare for the ceremony. Additionally, there are five independent double rooms on the same property, boasting a smaller pool (10 meters long). Each featuring an en-suite bathroom available to host friends and relatives.

As for the younger guests, the protected playground close to the reception area will keep them occupied throughout the event. The exquisite menu is exclusively crafted by the catering company Zacharakis.

The Project Gallery

The Project Gallery is a new art space in the historical centre of Athens, at Monastiraki (Metro station) at 3 Normanou on the 1st floor.

A minimal space with an industrial grey floor, black iron and glass windows, and dividing doors spanning 150sq.m.

The space also has access to a balcony ideal for smokers.

The space is ideal for company events or private parties, with a catering facility upon request.

A significant advantage of the gallery is the neighbouring all-day cafe-bar Couleur Locale, located in the same building on the 2nd floor, and the terrace with amazing Acropolis views.
