All dishes are freshly cooked “a la minute”, whereas, at the same time, open-flame grilling and live cooking can be provided. We also offer pastry services so we can design and create your <strong>wedding cake</strong> or any sweet of guaranteed quality in desired flavours. As a finishing touch, you can choose the dining style that suits you best: a plated menu, buffet meal or a mini buffet set on each table.

Gala Multi Events offers stunning indoor and outdoor spaces for unforgettable celebrations. The outdoor area overlooks a waterfall and pond. It can host up to 500 guests. During summer, the space becomes truly magical. The renovated indoor hall creates a dreamy setting for weddings under the stars. Its 75m² opening patio roof protects guests from sudden weather changes, making it ideal for winter and spring weddings. Every space at this venue can be customized and decorated to match your style and vision.

Catering, Decoration, and Additional Services

Gala Multi Events ensures every detail is perfect. The estate provides a complimentary basic decoration package for the hall and tables. Professional decoration services are also available for the estate and church. The expert kitchen team prepares high-quality cuisine. Buffet food stays at optimal temperatures throughout the event. <strong>Poolside Velli</strong> is genuinely a revelation for summer events. The space spreads among centuries-old olive trees, surrounded by high walls adorned with flowers and climbing plants. Rows of cypress trees serve as natural windbreaks, ensuring the protection and privacy of your reception. The space has a capacity of 400 seated and 1,000 people for cocktails.

<strong>Prive Velli</strong> is an alternative space that blends modern design with monastic touches. Its unique character and smaller capacity (up to 200 people in a seated arrangement) make it ideal for special moments in a smaller circle of people. The stylish bar on the left side of the estate and the charming rock garden with its fountains bring a fresh, youthful energy to the space. And if winter is your thing, then the Scandinavian-style <strong>Chalet Vell</strong> is the place for you. The event venue boasts a capacity of 300 seated guests and 600 guests in cocktail arrangement.

Amidst a pawned and paved area of Phaedra Estate, there is a small <strong>chapel</strong> and an impressive central swimming <strong>pool</strong>, where 1000 seated people can be entertained. There are six (6) WCs with cleaning staff available. The main advantage of the place is the supply of an electric generator in case of a power cut.

The estate is open all year round, from January to December. In addition, we want to inform you that there are no restrictions regarding the opening hours of the estate.

Valasia estate venues was thoroughly designed to meet your needs. Located in Rodokia, near the ancient namesake well, maintains a constant relationship between the old and timeless and the new.

Skilled architects, under the supervision of Nicholas Kaloupaklis, have designed our venues, maintaining specific characteristics that illustrate its traditional character. Valasia Estate offers fully equipped utility and storage facilities to support catering services. It also features a swimming pool, a bar, and spacious parking to accommodate your guests’ vehicles.
