Event venues

Triaena Business Center presents three new seminar and event venues. A conference room for eight people and autonomous office spaces for rent at the company’s Business Center in downtown Athens.

Whatever the occasion – a meeting of executives or associates, a presentation of new services and products, educational actions or interviews – 60 years of experience in the market and the organization of more than 2,500 conferences guarantee the perfect fulfilment of your every desire.

Our halls will host your workshops, seminars, lectures, corporate meetings, product presentation events & press conferences. We have the experience and expertise for a successful meeting.

Domaine Apollonia

<h3>Domaine Apollonia</h3>
<strong>Domaine Apollonia</strong> consists of the <strong>Amaryllis</strong>, <strong>Danae</strong> and <strong>Elektra</strong> estates and an <strong>event hall, </strong>each with a small separate wedding and christening <strong>chapel</strong>.

Upon entering the Amaryllis space, you will find the <strong>pool</strong>, where you can enjoy a refreshing cocktail accompanied by the sound of water from the stone waterfall. The harmonious combination of the stone and the natural element offer a visual delight. The space is ideal for receptions, parties, simple or formal events, social or business meetings, presentations and weddings or baptisms at affordable prices.

In the beautiful environment of the <strong>Danai</strong> estate, which combines elegance and impeccable organization, you can make your wish come true. Wander around the beautiful corners of the estate and enjoy the flowing waters from the waterfalls and ponds while enjoying your drink.

The <strong>Elektra</strong> estate is of high standards. The beautiful green garden with the swimming pool and the special lighting of the room create a welcoming and romantic atmosphere while offering an impressive setting for unforgettable social and corporate events all year round.

The modern <strong>hall</strong> of the Apollonia estate is mainly available for wedding receptions and baptisms but also for any other type of event, such as dances or pie cutting, as the hall is configured according to the number of your guests. With the panoramic view from the large windows, the carefully selected music and the modern lighting effects, Domaine Apollonia guarantees dancing until the early-morning hours

We also provide event planning and decoration services in collaboration with experienced partners, including the menu for which we are confident our culinary suggestions will thoroughly satisfy you in terms of taste and presentation.

Lastly, each venues boasts a <strong>bridal bedroom</strong> for the couple to rest and relax before or during the reception and a <strong>generator</strong> in case of a power outage.

Velli Estate

<h3>The Velli Estate venuess</h3>
<strong>Ktima Velli</strong> is a private countryside estate offering three wonderful <strong>event spaces</strong> to choose from and share special moments with your beloved ones. Nestled within a carefully designed setting, sculpted over time, and dressed in wood and stone, the estate is in pure harmony with the natural environment.

<strong>Poolside Velli</strong> is genuinely a revelation for summer events. The space spreads among centuries-old olive trees, surrounded by high walls adorned with flowers and climbing plants. Rows of cypress trees serve as natural windbreaks, ensuring the protection and privacy of your reception. The capacity of the space is 400 seated and 1,000 people for cocktails.

<strong>Prive Velli</strong> is an alternative space that blends modern design with monastic touches. Its unique character and smaller capacity (up to 200 people in a seated arrangement) make it ideal for special moments in a smaller circle of people. The bar on the left side of the estate and the rock garden with the fountains give a youthful touch to the space, while the combination of stone and wood add a tone of luxury and refinement.

And if winter is your thing, then the Scandinavian-style <strong>Chalet Vell</strong> is the place for you. The stately, stone-built fireplace that dominates the space, standing directly opposite the bridal table, is surrounded by large glass surfaces so that each guest can enjoy the lush green surroundings. The event venues boasts a capacity of 300 seated guests and 600 guests in cocktail arrangement.

Teambuilding Cocktail Workshops are divided into four categories: Cocktail Seminars, D.I.Y. Workshops, Tasting &amp; Pairing and Teambuilding Activities.

You will certainly experience a different workshop at DrinkWorks as we will have a themed Cocktail Workshop of your choice to include classic, signature or non-alcoholic cocktails and smoothies and combinations of alcoholic drinks and food for a complete tasting experience but also a lot of fun!

We create Team Building Workshops based on the art of making cocktails and develop the most suitable conditions for different groups to come closer and work together on the work we have assigned them!

Phaidra Estate

<h3>Phaidra Estate</h3>
Phaidra Estate is available for all social events, such as weddings, christenings, conferences, corporate events, product launch events, fashion shows, and children’s parties.

The image of the countryside, the natural environment, characteristics of the Attic landscape, the easy access from the Southern and Northern suburbs, and the friendly service make the Phaedra Estate an ideal place for any occasion.

<strong>Decoration</strong>

Decoration with large lanterns and tulle around the pool and cocktail bar. Additional decoration of the space and tables.

<strong>Catering</strong>

We work with selected Catering that has experienced staff.

<strong>Music</strong>

An experienced DJ provides permanent audio coverage of the event. There is also the possibility of a live orchestra with your own choice of program and an orchestra platform.

<strong>Photographer</strong>

Create visual effects, sparklers, smoke, and a video wall projection of your moments.

<strong>Additional amenities</strong>

Amidst a pawned and paved area of Phaedra Estate, there is a small <strong>chapel</strong> and an impressive central swimming <strong>pool</strong>, where 1000 seated people can be entertained. There are six (6) WCs with cleaning staff available. The main advantage of the place is the supply of an electric generator in case of a power cut.

The estate is open all year round, from January to December. In addition, we want to inform you that there are no restrictions regarding the opening hours of the estate.

Mentererum

At <strong>Mentererum</strong>, we take pride in every event we host, from the simplest to the most demanding. The beautiful space, the audio-visual coverage, the modern equipment, and the flexible structure are components that make the space ideal for any event.
<h3>Wedding reception</h3>
Our unique space is available all year round with a particular style and a different style every season. Weather conditions will never stand in the way of the success of your reception. At the same time, our positive energy combined with the enchanting environment will enhance the beautiful moments creating unforgettable experiences for you and all your guests. The venues can <strong>accommodate up to 500 guests for a cocktail party or 150 guests for a seated dinner.</strong>
<h3>Corporate Events</h3>
Our space changes style to accommodate you, as you have imagined. For example, a presentation or a workshop can be held on chairs and workbenches as it would be in other function rooms or hosted in our comfortable and warm living room.
<h3>Party</h3>
At Mentererum, we organize unforgettable parties tailored to your tastes. We work together to fulfil everything you have in mind. The only limitation is your imagination.

The perfect party depends not only on the guests and the great venues but also on other factors such as music, lighting, alcohol and more. Our team has vast experience and will create the ideal conditions for your party. Whatever you have in mind for your party, we want to hear your ideas and get to know you.
<h3>Baptism Reception</h3>
Our indoor space, combined with the enclosed garden, can host unique baptisms at any time of the year. Moreover, near us are many picturesque and beautiful churches suitable for the sacrament of baptism.
<h3>Services</h3>
The space is fully equipped to cover the basic needs for sound coverage of most of the events it hosts. Furthermore, the speakers can operate independently in all areas and the garden of the Mentererum. Finally, we have an exclusive partner for music coverage (DJ) and additional sound equipment.

The basic coverage of the space includes two 55-inch High Definition screens, one 65-inch High Definition screen and two modern projectors. All screens and projectors can work independently or collectively. In addition, we can offer solutions for additional visual coverage, such as an ULTRA HD projector, bright wireless screens and more.

The basic lighting coverage includes ceiling-led lights in all areas grouped and connected to dimmers, floodlights and garden lights, and decorative spotlights also connected to dimmers. In addition, we can offer additional lighting, unique light fixtures, disco balls and wireless colour-changing lights for your event needs.

We offer solutions that meet the needs of every event, with many flexible options for a coffee break, open bar, cocktail bar, finger food, buffet, menu, executive catering and more. Each interested party will be able, with the help of our partners, to adjust the drink and food options as they wish.

We also offer solutions for the photography and video recording of each event and for the use of photo booths or other services.

-ismos

<h3>-Ismos Gallery</h3>
In a quaint and sophisticated building of “Old Athens”, located in a popular place of interest with high visibility, on the corner of bustling street Triptolemou with the most “quiet” street Eupatridon, is the new Art-Gallery, -ismos.

A cluster of two high-ceilinged spaces (space Alpha &amp; Beta), connected with an inner courtyard, constitute the premises of -ismos.   Each room is available for rent both independently and as a whole.

The concept behind the design of -ismos’ premises was to support the best way to host various artistic and non-artistic events.  Both spaces (50 m² each) are independently fully designed and feature permanent equipment.

Space Alpha, the more modern and independent one, is technologically equipped to provide all necessary digital presentation systems.  Space Beta – characterized as a more ‘traditional’ and social area, consists of three white, empty rooms with professional lighting that can cover any basic need of an art exhibition.

The inner courtyard (70 m²), connecting the two spaces, is the perfect outdoor environment for a pleasant “break” for small discussions, smoking, etc., that can also be available for rent according to each event’s needs.  Its design with plants, tables and chairs, special constructions and books, with a background of soft music, creates an elegant environment of modern aesthetics in a harmonious “rapprochement” of the old internal Athenian courtyard!

More specifically -ismos can host events as follows:

-ismos as a whole (spaces Alpha + Beta and the inner courtyard) can host events of up to 200 people, while the above list is indicative and not restrictive, as there could be special agreements upon which the use of the courtyard is available, the spaces could be reformed appropriately etc

At -ismos’ premises is permanently stored available equipment to meet the immediate basic needs of hosted events.  From desks to Swedish design furniture, flip charts, special levels for different surfaces, and additional technical equipment to further support presentations. -ismos can offer tailor-made solutions for every occasion.

Michael Cacoyannis Foundation

<h3>Michael Cacoyannis Foundation</h3>
MCF Michael Cacoyannis Foundation ‘s brand new, purpose-built Cultural Centre is at 206 Piraeus Street, at the heart of what is becoming the unique cultural and intellectual centre of Athens.

Its construction was supported by “Culture”, the European Programme co-financed by the Ministry of Culture and the European Union. Building work began in January 2007 and was completed in 2008. The final cost ran to 9.67 million Euros. The architects are Vasilis and Dimitris Sgoutas (“Sgoutas &amp; Sgoutas Architects”).

With a modern infrastructure and covering a total area of 6.810 square meters, home to the MCF’s cultural programme since October 2009, the new building can host a multitude of different events, corporate conferences, seminars, presentations, exhibitions etc.

Its four floors include an amphitheatre of 330 seats, a cinema of 120 seats, a multi-use black box hall of 68 seats and exhibition areas. There are also two café-bars, as well as a penthouse bar-restaurant.

The Blender Gallery

The Blender Gallery

The Blender Gallery exhibition space is distinguished for its minimal design. While the 8-meter bar – reception communicating with the bright atrium – an oasis of the gallery enhances the feeling that this is a contemporary yet welcoming space. The space covers 325 sm. However, for smaller events, we can adjust the room through movable wall.

The space fits 150-200 people seated or 500 people standing. The bright and contemporary space of the gallery meets all the requirements for the realisation of corporate events, product launches, educational seminars, and presentations. Basic equipment for speaker events, corporate meetings, and press conferences is available.

Private and Social Events
The venue is also ideal for private events, cocktail parties, formal dinners, and receptions. Each event hosted under the roof of Blender is unique. As the space is constantly “re-decorated” due to the monthly change of the art exhibition presented. Become the hosts of an event, the guests of which will have the opportunity to view a unique art exhibition! The Blender team is at your disposal for any questions you may have on availability, services, and space equipment.

Gazarte

<h3>Gazarte Cultural Hub Athens</h3>
Gazarte living room is a large area of libraries full of books and special publications on architecture, theatre, cinema, poetry, stage design and more. The patrons can sit comfortably on the cosy, warm-coloured couches and enjoy their drinks to the accompaniment of delicious finger food.

The warm, soft lighting of the lampshades and the beautiful classical carpets, combined with the wood that dominates all over the place, offer the sensation of a cosy atmosphere.
Moreover, Gazarte’s renovated bar offers its customers a variety of brand-new cocktails with fresh fruits and exotic spices. It is truly a pleasure to be with your friends in a cool shelter downtown, enjoying refreshing cocktails and delicious finger food.

An essential aspect of that unique <strong>terrace</strong> atmosphere is the careful selection of music played by the following radio producers: Kotseta Yota, Adam Petro and Tsitomenea Saki.

Gazarte also provides one of the most interesting terraces in Athens. At the centre of Gazi, only a breath away from Kerameikos metro station, our green, new terrace dominates among the industrial buildings of Technopolis Park.
Olive trees, pomegranate trees, tangerine trees and flower pots of lavender, mint and basil not only emerge their sweet scent but also offer a fresh cool breeze to our customers during hot summer nights.

On Gazarte’s second floor, one can find a sizeable unified hall of alternative aesthetics, ideal for conferences, company presentations and cultural events. Through its extended partitions of glass that circulate the entire place, the view of the Acropolis, the National Observatory and Lycabettus is more than fluid.

Heavy curtains obfuscate the hall when needed, as on unique video projections during daylight. However, with its walls decorated with visual constructions created especially for Gazarte by the sculptor Costis Papadopoulos, the whole area exudes a unique cultural atmosphere. The wooden floor, the impromptu bar with the vinyl records, the vast sofas, and the smooth, theatrical lighting combined with complete audiovisual coverage have all led to numerous companies’ profile presentations, conferences and workshops as this alternative space are ideal for such events.
