The National Hellenic Research Foundation (NHRF), in the heart of the cultural centre of Athens, provides a high-quality infrastructure to host highly demanding symposia, conferences, seminars, educational events and exhibitions.
<strong>The NHRF offers:</strong>
An exhibition area of 600 m2 and an atrium of 150 m2.
The ”Leonidas Zervas” amphitheatre, with a capacity of 280 seats, covers all modern conference demands, and its equipment has been designed and perfected to international standards.
<strong>The Amphitheatre’s facilities are:</strong>

• Microphone and headset equipment for the audience and mobile microphones for speakers
• Automatic translation and recording systems in four languages
• Highly sophisticated audio-visual equipment for simultaneous projection of topics
A second hall with a capacity of 80 seats, comprehensive audio-visual equipment, and two smaller rooms (30 seats) for parallel events are also available on the ground floor of the NHRF.

With views of Mount Lycabettus, this is a green, half-open half-closed space with tables and a bar. We can accommodate your needs in terms of decoration, food, drinks, music, and equipment.

An amphitheater-like space flooded with natural light, equipped with ergonomically designed furniture, bioclimatic architecture, and green touches provided by our indoor plants. Nestled in the heart of Kolonaki, Minnie the Moocher takes its name from the homonymous popular song from 1932. This iconic all-day spot has been a beloved destination since 2013 and has firmly established itself as one of Athens’s most stylish and renowned venuess. The decor and intimate lighting of the space are a tribute to the art deco aesthetics of the ’30s, creating a perfect ambience with the unmistakable scent of aged whiskey and the lively, jazzy tunes playing in the background.
The space is adorned with Chesterfield sofas, an impressive wooden bar, golden-carved frames, plaster ceilings, and geometric floors, all contributing to its unique New York retro character. The size and layout of this space create numerous private spots, including the <strong>eccentric Red Room</strong>, which makes the ideal location for a cozy and intimate gathering of up to 10 people.
At Minnie the Moocher, you will find an extensive selection of premium labels, signature cocktails, and a small but intriguing menu featuring selected finger food and plat du jour. ELER Theater
<h3>The Multi-functional Space of ELER Theatre</h3>
The ELER Theater is a recently renovated venues situated in the center of Athens, offering modern and lively facilities. It features the Eros<strong> auditorium</strong>, which can accommodate up to <strong>126 guests</strong> and is suitable for <strong>music</strong> and <strong>dance performances</strong>.
Additionally, the <strong>underground area</strong> named Elpis spans 140 sq.m. and is an excellent space for hosting large-scale events such as <strong>seminars</strong>, <strong>workshops</strong>, <strong>rehearsals</strong>, <strong>exhibitions</strong>, and <strong>concerts</strong>. Both rooms are equipped with the necessary technical amenities.
The Castor Place
Located on Kastoros Street, in the heart of Piraeus’ industrial district, The Castor House is a unique event space housed in a 1900s building, surrounded by warehouses, workshops, galleries, and restaurants.
This venues boasts a rich and dynamic history. Over the years, it has served as a warehouse, workshop, nightclub, and has even hosted international film productions. Today, it’s available for a wide range of events, including parties, corporate functions, art exhibitions, dinners, and whatever else you can imagine.
The Castor House occupies a striking three-story building with exceptionally high ceilings, conveniently situated near the port and the train station (suburban and metro). The space features stone walls, industrial design elements, and two distinctive movable wooden bars, blending historic charm with modern versatility.
The ground floor is an expansive open area with impressive stone walls and a ceiling height of up to 12 meters, offering endless possibilities for event setup. It includes two wooden bars, two restrooms (one fully accessible), and a cloakroom. The first floor is an open balcony overlooking the ground floor, providing a spacious, adaptable area suitable for various event types such as parties, exhibitions, seminars, or workshops. On the second floor, you’ll find four additional restrooms and extra utility space, including a restroom for staff.
The Castor House can comfortably host between 2 and 450 guests, depending on the layout, and is fully air-conditioned to ensure the comfort of your attendees. Ample street parking is available in the evenings, along with a secure parking lot just 50 meters away. As the area is non-residential, there are no noise restrictions for late-night events.
Upon request, The Castor House can provide any type of equipment in collaboration with external partners.

Altera Pars
<h3>The Altera Pars Theatre</h3>
Lying in Kerameikos, right in the heart of Athens city, the Altera Pars is a unique industrial space of impressive architecture. In 2002, the artistic group Altera Pars took an old car paint shop and transformed it into a spacious, modern and fully functional theatre of singular beauty. The facilities include a multilevel, versatile stage, a warm, stylish and fully equipped bar overlooking the stage, large storage areas, and comfortable dressing rooms able to accommodate large groups. But most importantly, the venues features a separate entrance with a ramp, making it accessible to people with disabilities and mobility issues.
In addition to the art group’s productions, the Altera Pars space can host <strong>theatre</strong> and <strong>dance performances</strong>, <strong>live gigs,</strong> and various events such as <strong>lectures</strong>, <strong>book launches</strong>, <strong>parties</strong>, <strong>corporate events</strong>, <strong>exhibitions</strong> and<strong> multi-thematic festivals</strong>.
