Valasia estate venues was thoroughly designed to meet your needs. The name Valasia, meaning ruby, fully complies with the philosophy of our venues, a venues of joy, happiness, and a harmonious connection of generations. Located in Rodokia, near the ancient namesake well, maintains a constant relationship between the old and timeless and the new.

Skilled architects, under the supervision of Nicholas Kaloupaklis, have designed our venues, maintaining specific characteristics that illustrate its traditional character.
Valasia estate is fully equipped with utility and storage facilities for the needs of catering services, a swimming pool, and a bar, as well as spacious parking for the vehicles of your guests.

Valasia estate offers a venues of 1,240 sq.m. Our mission is to satisfy all your needs and assist you in organizing an exceptional wedding or baptism.

Lying amidst lush olive trees within an area of 5 acres at the historic Rodokia area with the namesake well that exists until today, our estate offers various amenities: a swimming pool, a chapel, lighting, paved surfaces, a bar, utility rooms, access ramps for guests with disabilities, indoor storage facilities, etc.

At Valasia estate, we ensure that the most critical moments of your life stand out for their elegant and refined style.
We understand how important it is to choose the right church for the wedding ceremony or your children’s baptism. This is why we provide the beautiful Byzantine church of St. John for the rituals.

The simplicity of the Aegean style with the predominant austere lines and the timeless white colour in harmonious coexistence with the lush countryside uniquely embellishes our venues most elegantly.
Decorated according to your preference, the church of St. John is the ideal place that will host the mystery of your wedding or baptism in a unique way. In the background, the beautiful location is surrounded by the imposing mountainous landscape, where Hymettus and Penteli Mountains dominate. Moreover, the Byzantine church of Prophet Elias is located nearby.

Foundation of the Hellenic World

<h3>The Foundation of the Hellenic World</h3>
The Foundation of the Hellenic World (FHW) was envisioned, founded and funded by the family of Lazaros Efraimoglou. Its mission is to preserve Hellenic history and tradition, create an awareness of the universal dimension of Hellenism and promote its contribution to cultural evolution.

FHW’s innovative character has already been revealed in its Statutes, one of which prescribes that the materialization of the objectives be based on the possibilities offered by new technologies. As a result, from the very beginning and at the same time as trying to find a place to create the cultural centre, the Foundation’s administration put the Internet to use and presented to the Greek and international community the first Greek websites of historical content. At the same time, it created a pioneering laboratory of three-dimensional reconstructions, the first project of which, presented as a documentary, received the 1st Prize at the Amiens Festival of Archaeological Films. This was only the beginning of a series of programmes enriched or designed later in the two new premises owned by the Foundation.

During its operation, Hellenic Cosmos has presented numerous activities, which include exhibitions, educational programmes, Virtual Reality programmes, and documentaries produced by FHW.

The Cultural Centre’s museum shops display various FHW products, such as books, CD-ROMs and documentaries. At the Cyber Hall, people of all ages can navigate through FHWFHW’sbsites, which provide historical information and clever games of historical and educational content.

 
<h3><strong>The FHW Spaces</strong></h3>
The area is being continuously reshaped to cover the increasing needs of the Cultural Centre. Therefore, <strong>Building 7</strong>, which was inaugurated in 2004 and is a multifunctional cultural area that has hosted various events, from exhibitions and educational programmes to <strong>conferences</strong> and <strong>seminars</strong>, will be replaced by a new building that is improved aesthetically and functionally.

In March 2006, the construction of the “<strong>Tholos</strong>” was completed, a building that houses the most perfect, presently, Virtual Reality system of the Hellenic Cosmos with a capacity of 130 people. It is a building of exceptional aesthetic value with unique technological infrastructure, which hosts the Foundation’s digital collections. The “Tholos” resembles a <strong>planetarium</strong> regarding its natural and morphological characteristics. But essentially, their only common element is the semi-spherical shape of the projection surface.

On March 20th 2008, the “<strong>Theatron</strong>” was inaugurated, a building for numerous uses, with a capacity of 1,100 people. With its main characteristics of multiformity and flexibility, it can house the most demanding productions regarding the arrangement of space and technological equipment. Its technical specifications follow the highest standards, while the audiovisual infrastructure is unique in Greece. The stage technologies allow the creation of virtual sets and the incorporation of happenings into them. The “Theatron” also possesses complete and ultramodern conference infrastructure and the possibility to support live connections of image and sound. It has an ambition to house contemporary Greek artistic expression, hosting various events, from theatrical and dance performances to exhibitions and conferences.

Diles & Rhinies

Diles & Rinies are from the rare cases where pictures can not capture the emotion being generated on site.

The eight luxurious villas and their carefully aesthetically built surroundings, stand for inspiration and luxury, feelings and images that are hard to resist if you are really looking for the ultimate spot on the island of Tinos to organize a memorable event.

Able to accommodate events for up to 300 people, the complex has a total area of 8.000 sq.m. facing south-west. It is positioned in Lagades in Panorama of Tinos and just 5 km from the city center.

The Blender Gallery

The Blender Gallery exhibition space is distinguished for its minimal design. While the 8-meter bar – reception communicating with the bright atrium – an oasis of the gallery enhances the feeling that this is a contemporary yet welcoming space. The space covers 325 sm. However, for smaller events, we can adjust the room through movable wall.

The space fits 150-200 people seated or 500 people standing. The bright and contemporary space of the gallery meets all the requirements for the realisation of corporate events, product launches, educational seminars, and presentations. Basic equipment for speaker events, corporate meetings, and press conferences is available.

Private and Social Events
The venue is also ideal for private events, cocktail parties, formal dinners, and receptions. Each event hosted under the roof of Blender is unique. As the space is constantly “re-decorated” due to the monthly change of the art exhibition presented. The Kwaba Sports Center venues extends over 12 acres, perfectly harmonized with the surrounding natural environment, ready to accommodate the most critical moment of your life year-round.
Your wedding can be organized either in the idyllic outdoor area of the pool with specially designed lighting or in the interior, with a capacity of 600 and 400 people, respectively. In addition, all of our venuess are fully equipped with audiovisual support.

Papagiannakos Winery has been specially designed and constructed according to new innovative bioclimatic standards. A Winery which marks a new era and is ideally situated among the vines on the old site of a former monastery at Poussi Kalogeri in Markopoulo. The Winery’s location is ideal. Just five kilometres from the International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos and is easily accessible from the new motorway, Attiki Odos. Technopolis

<h3>Technopolis</h3>
The industrial museum of Technopolis has been configured in a parallel versatile cultural venues, becoming another cultural attraction pole of modern <strong>Athens</strong>.

The old Gas factory, also known as <strong>Gazi</strong>, occupies a total area of about 30 acres and is conveniently situated next to <strong>Keramikos </strong>and close to the Acropolis. The gradual transformation into a centre hosting various events gives visitors a chance to wander into an area full of images, knowledge and feelings. The charm of a bygone era is given off by the vast cauldrons (gas holders), chimneys and stoves “conspiring” devoutly to be established as a “factory” of protection and production of art.
