With a capacity of up to 20 people, it is a green oasis that can be decorated according to your preferences. Ideal for a small corporate or social event.
<strong>”Green” Terasse – Mount Lycabettus View</strong>
With views of Mount Lycabettus, this is a green, half-open half-closed space with tables and a bar. Ideal for a relaxing afternoon or social events such as birthdays, anniversaries, corporate dinners, or night-time events/private parties. The space has a capacity of up to 55 people. We can accommodate your needs in terms of decoration, food, drinks, music, and equipment.
<strong>Lounge</strong>
An amphitheater-like space flooded with natural light, equipped with ergonomically designed furniture, bioclimatic architecture, and green touches provided by our indoor plants. Ideal for lectures, book presentations, corporate events, presentations of new products, etc. Suitable for up to 50 people.

This unique place in the center of Athens is suitable for large gatherings of up to 70 people. ELER Theater

The ELER Theater is a recently renovated venues situated in the center of Athens, offering modern and lively facilities. It features the Eros<strong> auditorium</strong>, which can accommodate up to <strong>126 guests</strong> and is suitable for <strong>music</strong> and <strong>dance performances</strong>.
Additionally, the <strong>underground area</strong> named Elpis spans 140 sq.m. and is an excellent space for hosting large-scale events such as <strong>seminars</strong>, <strong>workshops</strong>, <strong>rehearsals</strong>, <strong>exhibitions</strong>, and <strong>concerts</strong>. Both rooms are equipped with the necessary technical amenities.
Altera Pars
<h3>The Altera Pars Theatre</h3>
Lying in Kerameikos, right in the heart of Athens city, the Altera Pars is a unique industrial space of impressive architecture. In 2002, the artistic group Altera Pars took an old car paint shop and transformed it into a spacious, modern and fully functional theatre of singular beauty. The facilities include a multilevel, versatile stage, a warm, stylish and fully equipped bar overlooking the stage, large storage areas, and comfortable dressing rooms able to accommodate large groups. But most importantly, the venues features a separate entrance with a ramp, making it accessible to people with disabilities and mobility issues.
In addition to the art group’s productions, the Altera Pars space can host <strong>theatre</strong> and <strong>dance performances</strong>, <strong>live gigs,</strong> and various events such as <strong>lectures</strong>, <strong>book launches</strong>, <strong>parties</strong>, <strong>corporate events</strong>, <strong>exhibitions</strong> and<strong> multi-thematic festivals</strong>.

Grotesque

Grotesque is the newest entry to the local scene of Exarchia. Nestled in the heart of Athens city, Grotesque offers a unique experience to anyone planning a social or corporate event. The venues can host events for up to 100 people, ranging from <strong>birthday parties</strong> to <strong>corporate events</strong> and <strong>team-building</strong> activities.
First and foremost, Grotesque is distinguished by its flexibility to adapt to the requirements of any event. Whether it’s a music event, a <strong>product launch</strong> or a social gathering, the space can be configured accordingly. For example, the seating area can be rearranged to fit the type and needs of the event while also providing <strong>catering</strong> services upon request. In addition, the bar boasts professional<strong> audiovisual</strong> <strong>equipment</strong> and a <strong>projection screen</strong> for corporate events.
This all-day bar serves a curated selection of local craft beers and signature cocktails and has been consciously designed to make the most of your time! Eccentric and bold, the bar’s quirky and colourful interior decor makes a statement; retro furniture blended with ethnic details and neon lighting catches the visitor’s eye. But the real excitement will be found in the basement floors. A large playroom featuring billiards and darts is available to keep friends and colleagues entertained for hours.
Faust
<h3>The Multipurpose Space of Faust</h3>
<strong>Faust Bar-Theatre-Arts</strong> is a <strong>live music</strong> & <strong>theatre venues</strong> located at the “heart” of the historical centre of Athens, next to Kapnikarea and Agia Irini Square, in a three-storey listed building at 11 Kalamiotou Street. It is one of the most popular places in Athens, where visitors can enjoy their drinks while listening to live music.
On the ground floor of Faust lies the main bar with a <strong>music stage</strong>, while the other two floors host <strong>theatre performances</strong>. At the same time, <strong>corporate events</strong> can be held in the venues.
The building has two entrances, one from Athinaidos Street 12 (Karagiorgis Servias extension), which leads directly to the BAR/music stage area and one from the pedestrian street of Kalamiotou 11 (main entrance), through a long narrow corridor and reception leads to the central cashier, stairwell and elevator. From this point, the visitor can either re-enter the main BAR through the second internal entrance or head towards the rest of the building’s floors (Foyer/Lounge and Theatre). Faust building (with the auxiliary spaces in the basement) occupies a surface area of 650 sq.m.

Green Hall boasts a capacity of 250 people for sited dining and 500 for standing cocktail events. In addition, the outdoor space accommodates up to 450 people for sited dining and 900 for standing cocktail events.
One of the venues’s best features is the unique <strong>lighting system</strong>, controlled digitally by a console, which supports 17 different programs that follow all event steps. Likewise, the <strong>sound system</strong> provided conforms with standards so that the sound is pleasantly audible everywhere in the room.
