In a historic 820 sqm building in the centre of Athens, Impact Hub Athens can host corporate or other events for small and large groups. From meetings of 2 people to events for 200 guests, we can shape our spaces according to the content and needs of each event. Adapting to the new reality and always having our rooms as a reference point, we are equipped with all the necessary technical equipment and know-how to offer a unique experience to all our partners through virtual meetings και events.

Open Space is the main and largest Space of Impact Hub. With cosy aesthetics and unique design, it can host large events, seminars, presentations, workshops, corporate meetings and conferences of up to 200 visitors. It can accommodate multiple setups and has all the technical and audio-visual support needed for each event.

The workshop room with homie aesthetics is ideal for corporate meetings, seminars, focus groups, presentations and press conferences. The Space has all the necessary technical equipment and can offer alternative setups depending on the needs of each event.

Hub Deck is the principal workplace of our community. On weekends it gets some “rest”. It can be used as an additional event space with a capacity of 100+ people, natural light, fully equipped and accessible for people with mobility difficulties.

We welcome you to Eis Ygeian, a place with a long history. Planet Physics

Planet Physics is a space that promotes engagement with Physics, enhancing learning in a fun and interactive way. Our motto is “build knowledge “. Our ultimate goal is to improve all visitors’ relationship with science by increasing their interest in natural phenomena, helping them understand the laws that govern the world around us, and eventually paving the way for even more research!

Our little friends become “scientists”, enjoying a play-based, hands-on approach to learning about the impressive phenomena of Physics and Chemistry for three hours!

In a specially prepared program, adapted to the age and preferences of each child, children are encouraged to build constructions of their own – which they take home, explore the interactive exhibition, perform simple experiments and watch impressive demonstration experiments by expert Physicists.

Naias Estate

<h3>The Space of Naias Estate</h3>
With love and respect for nature and the environment, we have created Naias Estate, a dream space made of stone and wood. Boasting a capacity of 600 people, the <strong>pool garden</strong>, with its lush and diverse vegetation, is the first thing you encounter upon entering the estate. Flowering beds, bougainvillaea, rose bushes, and cobbled alleys scattered around add colourful touches to the canvas, resembling Monet’s paintings.

Modern architecture’s great minimal <strong>reception hall</strong> is perfect, even in winter. You may enjoy the splendid, unrestricted view of the enchanting garden through the crystal glass windows. With a capacity of 450 people, and a warm and inviting atmosphere, the hall easily converts into a cosy setting for your private event.

The impressive estate’s scenery and architecture redefine luxury by forming <strong>idyllic corners</strong> that fill the place with nostalgia notes. Enjoy a refreshing drink while indulging yourself in the Naias lifestyle, relaxing in wooden lounges in pure white leather overlays.

Lighting takes unprecedented importance in the setting. Lanterns, and small and large candlesticks, blend with cushions, gauze and laces to spread a romantic, warm and relaxed atmosphere to spice up your event.

Lastly, the estate has a bridal room with all essential amenities, including an en-suite WC, to rest before or during the event.

The Residence

The Residence estate gardens stretch to 20 acres of countryside, in the greater area of the Parnitha forest, right across the former royal estates of Tatoi and close to the Varibobi region. The continuous care for the estate gardens, for more than 35 years, has resulted in over 100 species of flowers, plants and trees, all of which surround a magnificent country-style mansion, creating an awe-inspiring, one-of-a-kind scenery.

Its refined taste and unique collective items have contributed to the estate being a luxurious yet highly cosy venues, which is -in every aspect- irresistibly charming for every visitor. The renovated interior hall of the estate promises a dream wedding under the stars! Its 75m2 <strong>opening patio roof </strong>system will protect your guests in the event of sudden weather changes, making it the ideal option for <strong>winter and spring weddings</strong>!
<h3>Decoration</h3>
We provide a basic free-of-charge decoration package for the hall and tables. In addition, customers can avail of our provided decoration service for both the estate and the church.
<h3>Buffet / Menu for Wedding &amp; Baptism</h3>
Gala Multi Events pays attention to food quality and health standards. The expert kitchen staff and the state-of-the-art kitchen equipment underneath the banquet hall keep Buffet food within proper temperatures throughout the event. A taste test will confirm it, we promise!

Velli Estate

<h3>The Velli Estate venuess</h3>
<strong>Ktima Velli</strong> is a private countryside estate offering three wonderful <strong>event spaces</strong> to choose from and share special moments with your beloved ones. Nestled within a carefully designed setting, sculpted over time, and dressed in wood and stone, the estate is in pure harmony with the natural environment.

<strong>Poolside Velli</strong> is genuinely a revelation for summer events. The space spreads among centuries-old olive trees, surrounded by high walls adorned with flowers and climbing plants. Rows of cypress trees serve as natural windbreaks, ensuring the protection and privacy of your reception. The capacity of the space is 400 seated and 1,000 people for cocktails.

<strong>Prive Velli</strong> is an alternative space that blends modern design with monastic touches. Its unique character and smaller capacity (up to 200 people in a seated arrangement) make it ideal for special moments in a smaller circle of people. The bar on the left side of the estate and the rock garden with the fountains give a youthful touch to the space, while the combination of stone and wood add a tone of luxury and refinement.

And if winter is your thing, then the Scandinavian-style <strong>Chalet Vell</strong> is the place for you. The stately, stone-built fireplace that dominates the space, standing directly opposite the bridal table, is surrounded by large glass surfaces so that each guest can enjoy the lush green surroundings. The event venues boasts a capacity of 300 seated guests and 600 guests in cocktail arrangement.

Phaidra Estate

Phaidra Estate is available for all social events, such as weddings, christenings, conferences, corporate events, product launch events, fashion shows, and children’s parties.

The image of the countryside, the natural environment, characteristics of the Attic landscape, the easy access from the Southern and Northern suburbs, and the friendly service make the Phaedra Estate an ideal place for any occasion.

An experienced DJ provides permanent audio coverage of the event. There is also the possibility of a live orchestra with your own choice of program and an orchestra platform.

<strong>Photographer</strong>

Create visual effects, sparklers, smoke, and a video wall projection of your moments.

<strong>Additional amenities</strong>

Amidst a pawned and paved area of Phaedra Estate, there is a small <strong>chapel</strong> and an impressive central swimming <strong>pool</strong>, where 1000 seated people can be entertained. There are six (6) WCs with cleaning staff available. The main advantage of the place is the supply of an electric generator in case of a power cut.

The estate is open all year round, from January to December. In addition, we want to inform you that there are no restrictions regarding the opening hours of the estate.
