Altera Pars

<h3>The Altera Pars Theatre</h3>
Lying in Kerameikos, right in the heart of Athens city, the Altera Pars is a unique industrial space of impressive architecture. In 2002, the artistic group Altera Pars took an old car paint shop and transformed it into a spacious, modern and fully functional theatre of singular beauty. The facilities include a multilevel, versatile stage, a warm, stylish and fully equipped bar overlooking the stage, large storage areas, and comfortable dressing rooms able to accommodate large groups. But most importantly, the venues features a separate entrance with a ramp, making it accessible to people with disabilities and mobility issues.

In addition to the art group’s productions, the Altera Pars space can host <strong>theatre</strong> and <strong>dance performances</strong>, <strong>live gigs,</strong> and various events such as <strong>lectures</strong>, <strong>book launches</strong>, <strong>parties</strong>, <strong>corporate events</strong>, <strong>exhibitions</strong> and<strong> multi-thematic festivals</strong>.

The venues is also available during the summer months (June-mid-September), granted flexible operating hours (by agreement) for shows and events.

Grotesque

<h3>Grotesque the bar</h3>
Grotesque is the newest entry to the local scene of Exarchia. Nestled in the heart of Athens city, Grotesque offers a unique experience to anyone planning a social or corporate event. The venues can host events for up to 100 people, ranging from <strong>birthday parties</strong> to <strong>corporate events</strong> and <strong>team-building</strong> activities.

First and foremost, Grotesque is distinguished by its flexibility to adapt to the requirements of any event. Whether it’s a music event, a <strong>product launch</strong> or a social gathering, the space can be configured accordingly. For example, the seating area can be rearranged to fit the type and needs of the event while also providing <strong>catering</strong> services upon request. In addition, the bar boasts professional<strong> audiovisual</strong> <strong>equipment</strong> and a <strong>projection screen</strong> for corporate events.

This all-day bar serves a curated selection of local craft beers and signature cocktails and has been consciously designed to make the most of your time! Eccentric and bold, the bar’s quirky and colourful interior decor makes a statement; retro furniture blended with ethnic details and neon lighting catches the visitor’s eye. But the real excitement will be found in the basement floors. A large playroom featuring billiards and darts is available to keep friends and colleagues entertained for hours.

The Stanley

Ploes venues is the only spacious floating multi-event space in Greece. It guarantees the success of your event since you will have the opportunity to enjoy a unique and intimate experience.

It is located in an excellent location next to Flisvos Marina. In one of the most beautiful areas of the Southern Suburbs of Athens. Its central location is one of its significant advantages, as access is very easy and fast using the city’s means of transport.

The venues stands out for its high aesthetics. Refined functionality, and unique ecological character. Environmentally friendly materials were used for its construction. While special attention was paid to ensuring the accessibility of people with special abilities to the central event space.

The modern and impressive floating space of 1,500 sq.m is a prestigious luxury floating venues featuring 360° views of the Attica Riviera. You will be impressed with its three (3) extravagant entertaining levels. Extending to Foyer, lounge deck – central area, outside terrace, VIP deck and balcony.

Above all, this luxurious function vessel boasts a huge capacity of 1.000 passengers, standing for cocktail style. Also, 500 for formal seated dining. The capacity in the main sitting room and lounge deck is 250 people up to 400 in the summer months. Thus due to the possibility of expanding the space on the outside terrace. The capacity on the upper deck is 200 people.

Twin Circle

<h3>Twin Circle Boutique Hotel</h3>
<strong>Twin Circle</strong> is a small oasis in the centre of Athens. An old neoclassical residence has been transformed into a modern boutique hotel that combines simplicity and functionality. The <strong>interior</strong> has an average capacity of 2 to 4 people per room, perfectly prepared to accommodate a total of 18 guests.

Its scenic <strong>internal courtyard</strong> can be configured according to the event’s needs to accommodate comfortably small private events of 10-30 people. The Dance Club

Moreover, it is in a perfect location with easy and quick access to Attiki Odos (exit 7) and the Athens – Lamia National Road (Kifissos).
The space is divided and ideal for hosting small or large events such as parties for children and adults, social events, corporate gatherings, corporate or private meetings, presentations, awards, workshops, seminars, and scientific days. Welcome to the Orino Estate in Parnitha, where fairytale weddings, perfect baptisms, or amazing parties occur! Nestled at the foot of Mount Parnitha, the estate is surrounded by the green colours of the mountains, the abundance of flowers, and the aromatic herbs blending harmoniously, creating a fantastic setting for all types of events.

The space can accommodate up to 550 people featuring a protected area with a capacity of 300 people in the event of sudden weather changes.

In the estate’s space, we have created a <strong>luxurious hall</strong> with an opening roof and glass walls next to the <strong>pool</strong> designed to protect guests from rain and can be opened or closed depending on the weather. The well-air-conditioned hall is also available for <strong>winter events</strong>.

The picturesque <strong>chapel</strong> of Agios Spyridon, located within the estate, operates under the authorization of the Holy Metropolis of Ilion, Acharnon and Petroupoli.

The Oreino Estate is easily accessible and provides <strong>parking</strong> service to all guests.

Impact Hub Athens

In a historic 820 sqm building in the centre of Athens, Impact Hub Athens can host corporate or other events for small and large groups. From meetings of 2 people to events for 200 guests, we can shape our spaces according to the content and needs of each event. Open Space is the main and largest Space of Impact Hub. With cosy aesthetics and unique design, it can host large events, seminars, presentations, workshops, corporate meetings and conferences of up to 200 visitors. It can accommodate multiple setups and has all the technical and audio-visual support needed for each event.

The workshop room with homie aesthetics is ideal for corporate meetings, seminars, focus groups, presentations and press conferences. The Space has all the necessary technical equipment and can offer alternative setups depending on the needs of each event.
