Villa Amelia is located on a serene 5-acre land in Lagonisi, Attica, Greece. The Villa is surrounded by olive and pine trees and is just a 4-minute walk from Lagonisi Beach, offering an unobstructed view of the Saronikos Gulf and Aegina Island.

This charming house occupies a total area of 160 sq. m and comprises <strong>three bedrooms</strong>, all equipped with air conditioning. Every bedroom boasts a distinctive style and a private balcony that offers breathtaking sea views. The property has two bathrooms and a <strong>fully furnished kitchen</strong> with appliances such as a cooker, microwave, and dishwasher. <strong>Irida Estate</strong> lies among three mountains on a hill in Markopoulos, Attica. The moon inspired the estate’s name. It is slowly emerges from the area’s mountains, creating a natural phenomenon that exudes a unique romance.

The endless lawn, tall trees and beautiful flowers of the estate combine harmoniously with the stone-built chapel and the imposing swimming pool. The estate hall is on the same level as the outside area, configured with opening and closing windows around the perimeter for dream receptions with an unobstructed view.
