With views of Mount Lycabettus, this is a green, semi-open space featuring tables and a bar. Ideal for a relaxing afternoon or social events such as birthdays, anniversaries, corporate dinners, or night-time events/private parties. The space has a capacity of up to 55 people. We can accommodate your needs in terms of decoration, food, drinks, music, and equipment.

<strong>Lounge</strong>
An amphitheater-like space flooded with natural light, equipped with ergonomically designed furniture, bioclimatic architecture, and green touches provided by our indoor plants. Ideal for lectures, book presentations, corporate events, presentations of new products, etc. Suitable for up to 50 people.

<strong>Vios Hall</strong>
This unique place in the center of Athens is suitable for large gatherings of up to 70 people. <p>“Eros” Stage is the theatre’s main stage. It has a <strong>capacity of 140 seats</strong> and is ideal for theatrical performances, presentations, and conferences. Located in Kerameikos, in the heart of Athens, Altera Pars Theatre transforms a historic industrial space into a modern, versatile, and fully equipped venue. Originally an old car paint shop, it now features a multi-level stage. It also includes a stylish bar overlooking the stage, large storage areas, and comfortable dressing rooms for sizable groups. Most importantly, the theatre offers accessible entrances and ramps. This feature makes it inclusive for people with disabilities. Beyond the art group’s own productions, the venue hosts theatre and dance performances, live gigs, lectures, book launches, corporate events, parties, exhibitions, and multi-thematic festivals. Thus, it provides a unique cultural and social hub in Athens.

Versatile Facilities and Flexible Event Spaces

Altera Pars Theatre offers a stage spanning two levels (160 m² total). It is equipped with advanced sound and lighting systems, projectors, and multimedia equipment. The venue accommodates 146 seated guests, expandable to 200. It includes two dressing rooms, multiple WCs, a spacious foyer, and a 95 m² canteen/bar area. During the summer months, from June to mid-September, the theatre operates with flexible hours for shows and events by agreement. With its combination of industrial charm, technical capabilities, and accessibility, Altera Pars Theatre guarantees memorable, professional, and engaging events for all audiences.

Faust

Faust Bar-Theatre-Arts, located in the heart of Athens near Kapnikarea and Agia Irini Square, is a unique live music and theatre venue housed in a three-storey listed building at 11 Kalamiotou Street. The high-end interior meets the modern outdoor aesthetics of the estate, creating a luxurious atmosphere.

Accomplished professionals have carefully designed the modern decoration of the banquet hall to exude a warm and friendly aura. Moreover, the venues’s convenient structure enables you to plan your event precisely as you imagine.

Green Hall boasts a capacity of 250 people for sited dining and 500 for standing cocktail events. In addition, the outdoor space accommodates up to 450 people for sited dining and 900 for standing cocktail events.

One of the venues’s best features is the unique <strong>lighting system</strong>, controlled digitally by a console, which supports 17 different programs that follow all event steps. Likewise, the <strong>sound system</strong> provided conforms with standards so that the sound is pleasantly audible everywhere in the room.
